  • Hi... In this video you will find how I make a 3D Printed Brushless Motor. The Brushless Motor that I make in this video is the same design as ones used on FPV Drones. This Motor has a vert high rpm. Please note these motors are just for experimenting and demonstration purpose only.

    if you made 12 coils vs 16 magnets,would it be better picking up the speed?

    The not gaining speed issue could be a balance issue, maybe if it's not stable it's preventing it from picking up speed

    Why did you wind it like that? Can you explain why you didn't wind it in a delta?

    Nice little motor! You didn't show magnet polarities on the rotor or show what kind of material you made the stator core with. Other than those items, you did a great job.

    Its cool but make sustained RPM and after that on second run blow it up to see how far can go. You can print another one if need it.

    The lack of field focusing causes this motor to have very weak torque which is why it has so high rpm.
    It would be very difficult to make it drive a practical size propeller.

    I have to ask, what good is it if it always needs a little finger boost. How would that work on an RC plane? Not being sarcastic just generally curious

    the 3d printed motors are really cool but seems like the bell is not balanced. if you can achieve the balanced bell, then you'll get a higher RPM without helping it out

      Как я понял, это из-за того что датчиков холла нет и контроллер не понимает когда переключать обмотки и просто создаёт вращающееся магнитное поле

    The problem of the little push needed at the begining should be solved adding some weight to the rotor. This would work as a flywheel and give that inercia needed.

    If you can reach 100,000 rpm then yes, you are faster than any brushless motor created.

    Reduce no. Of turns to 9 and increase wire guage... For higher speed.! Calculate before you make a video...! 🤦🏻I'm sure ur not an engineer.!
