I agree we do not die, it is just a phase from one life to another. Watching my parents pass it is akin to giving birth. We labour to bring our children into the world and the same experience is felt as we labour to go out of this world. The same rythym of contractions is evident when you sit by someone who is experiencing dying.

Good Morning Jeff & Miss Ella. Sorry I missed the live. I was outside in the gardens harvest in the rest of the tomatoes and peppers. Before even more Frost comes and kills them. Best advise keep grounded. Bare feet on the ground, grass or sand. Listen to the birds or wind chimes or bells tune in and balance your energy frequencies. I have stayed pretty grounded. Keeping emotions balanced is so freeing. Ella I haven't watched TV for 9 years now.. I take no prescription drugs. But have been noticing low grade head aches. Tylenol works fine. Time to make your tin foil hats...
