You need to get 3 hobbies and set 3 goals for yourself by the end of this year. Eating disorders steal years off your life, imagine all you could have achieved😞💔 I just finished writing 2 books, started gymnastics and tutoring little kids. There's hope and I believe in you🙌💕

I am also a fan of apple cider vinegar and I love walking more now that it is summer! 3 hours is a little much for me so I combine with cardio from dancing and quick home workouts.

These days to accommodate my job/life I do TMAD (Two meals a day haha) - Hope you continue to be happy on OMAD! Matt! Loved this video! The cake looks soooo good! I am having like 1/2 an ice cream cake today haha. It’s my birthday! I eat as much as you do for 1 meal, but I eat all day. I have been on a weight gain journey. I use to eat only one meal, but lost way too much weight even without exercising. I’m actually eating 1 large meal, 3 other somewhat normal meals, hourly good, hearty snacks. I believe once I get more to my goal weight, I’ll do meals differently as well as run. Luckily, I need to eat desserts, ice cream, fast food just to maintain my weight. Same for you, you could actually do a week on of 3 meals, snacks, then a week of fasting..and still be so thin! You could gain 20 lbs and be fine haha. I will let you know when I’m fat haha, probably 3 more weeks! I’m looking forward to your next meal. You should do a homemade dinner from your mom! Maybe Mac and cheese, bread etc🥨🍫💜🍪

tbh I don't drink anything special really just typical Tetley or Twinning's teas. Usually just traditional stuff like Early Grey, grean tea or jasmine tea. I'm not big into herbal tea either.
I love when you use a clothe napkin over paper napkins btw. Also, you look healthier in your more recent videos than your first vids so I think whatever you’re doing now is working out great for you Matt! Side note- I drink earl grey now with my meals due to your vids haha it’s quite yummy aside from my usual green tea.

Yesterday I randomly wanted to watch someone do an ice cream mukbang and RUclips had one of your DQ videos as the first recommended. Now I’m addicted to watching your videos. Some people are just out here living the dream eating a whole chocolate cake to themselves 😅

Yeah there's some nice trails here that run through the city and out into the country side but those walks were during my most extreme dieting phase and even then got boring after some time. I mostly bike now.
Have you eaten gas station snacks from the USA? You should try the Star Crunch and Oatmeal Cream Pie and all the ones that are stored on the shelf around those two

Eating healthy really is 90% of being in shape. After I quit running and picked up omad I didn't do much exercise before I started my channel.

I use to own a mountain bike as a kid but if you're only ever gonna bike on pavement I'd recommend a road bike, makes biking way more enjoyable.

No, only if I'm dieting and calorie restricting while doing omad at the same time so if my one meal is small.
