With Tua a single left hook could drop you and he relentlessly moved forward, but Lewis out-boxed him, leading Tua around the ring, blocking the hook, dodging wild haymakers, peppering his face with his longer reach.. Lennox was smart, picking and choosing his shots, and he didn't get drawn into a toe to toe brawl which was Tua's forte.

Agreed ! Lewis with his long jab , and reach .. was a problem for Tua , and he was too smart to fight him in close .Tua having such a short reach at 5'9 , and didn't have the speed of a young Mike Tyson , to make up for it . Made it almost impossible to beat Lewis at range .

Lewis schooled Tua in this fight, it was an absolute heavyweight boxing master class. Lewis was by far on another level to Tua, who was ranked 2 in the world at this stage.

Masterclass by Lewis if you watch the whole fight.
I would put the video of the whole fight to any young amateur boxer mainly focusing on: keeping the distance with your jab, how to throw a stiff jab while you use to maintain your distance and scare/desperate your contender, how to dominate a fight from the beginning to the end while maintaining your plan , not the fight the kind of fight your contender wants you to get in. He only has a good left hook as a definisher? Move to his right constantly and make your fight.
