Im trying to persuade my partner to take on abit of a renovation, as to afford what we actually want isnt going to happen. Its not alot really, opening a dining room to a kitchen and a downstairs bathroom with utility in an exciting garage to the side of the property. Im very up for it but it takes two as they say 😅

You just need to start doing. What do you have access to, what do you currently own, and what might you have an interest in - then just start. If making something, research on etsy, eBay, etc to see what you could make and what sells. If looking to provide services, then google and maps to see what's in your local area already, perhaps even call them to make inquire about a booking (gauges how busy they may be). If wanted to do social media, honestly, just start. If you're still thinking after all that, just admit to yourself you'll unlikely not have a side hustle and instead you'll just have a 9-5 but make the most of enjoying that non-working time, instead invest in yourself; gym, reading, helping people, positive mindset. Boring, but when you start your side hustle, do keep in mind your business model; how are you tracking sales, purchases, calculating and being tax efficient, etc. All the best
