As someone who isn't vegetarian even, tofu is great! You can use it to thicken up smoothies and add a light feeling protein to them!! But my fave is just pressing the water out then pan-frying them with sesame oil 😍

OK Caitlyn I actually made brownies with black beans before I went Vegan. It's a can of rinsed black beans blended smooth and mixed with brownie mix. When cooked they are so moist and fudgy! My very picky meat eating husband even loved them.

I love Ricky!!!! Always love cheat day and obviously it's hard for non-vegan people to adapt to vegan stuff because it's so different but I wish they did a better job with food selection. Much more interesting to watch when people love vegan food than when they hate on it (because the hate on it is an everyday thing for a vegan to hear). Yeah I don't think it had anything to do with Lily, but I agree with him coming across as uncomfortable in his collabs. His personality seems to fall flat (or just kind of disappear) for some reason. Social anxiety?

Biased judges? Lily said she either liked, or was fine with at least three (maybe 4) of them. Ryland eats extremely healthy/clean on the regular. & Ricky IS a vegan. They aren't bias, they just didn't like some of it. Jeez, everyone gets so defensive!

i'm not saying they're intentionally biased, but when a non-vegan is told to try a vegan food, subconsciously that person has already formed a biased opinion usually resulting in the person saying "it's good for being vegan!" even if they like it. all i'm saying is don't tell the person it's vegan before they try it, otherwise it's biased.
