i am also a highland dancer and i have been off for about 2 year with a ankle injury and next month i am sopposed to do my first competition Xx keeps dancing well done x
Very pleasant and nice smile this dancer has! The tune played for the slow time part is "The Wistle over the lave of it" - is anybody can tell me what is the name of the tune played for the quick time (starting at 1:34)? Thanks!
As they said it takes a lot of leg and arm muscle.Arms because you have to keep your arms in place well you are dancing.Legs because your legs are the most important part of highland dance.
Is that the one we knew as: The broon coo's broken oot an' eaten aw the hey? (The chorus being: The coo fell aff, the coo fell aff, the coo fell aff the dyke)
