Great video, i bit before our time there, but there's an image of the twynums that the search troop occupied in 89 4 sqn 21 engnr regt. footnote to the video credits: we also had a Billy Mcloed in the troop!
That brings back some real good memories of the best days in my army time. Everyone seems so young looking at that. Happy days, especially in the Bridge
Hi I was in 33 93-95 (still using the Terex) Twynams were also still in use for new arrivals I noticed some later pics in the vid Scammel S26 used these in Plant Troop..brought back some good memories of the Bridge my pals Brother served as a Diver in the Early 80's Jim Slaven (jock) dont know if any of you guys new him Lyn Davies was his best pal ..he was also a Sergent when I did my time.Was involved in the rebuild of the Baruki Sanger in Cross shitehole....
Was at 33 93-95 A few of the old Indep boys were still knocking about in Support Troop Grant Freeman,Regs,Tobbs,Lynne Davies.Those fekin Twynam's fekin freezing in Winter buit good times in the Bridge. Fish 33 Planty.
I was reme with 73 pigs and it was best years of my life, arrived in osnatraz as a sprog got posted 3 years later was gutted, best wishes to stodge, marty and the 73 pigs rufc
