That's the thing about Trix.. he always comes around, uploading more videos! So many (bad?) jokes in this video. Love it Also my favorite part must have been 16:00 :D
Not planning on making more Chivalry 2 or Mordhau videos currently. Done everything I wanted to with those games. Currently just playing Vermintide and will be looking into Darktide when that releases.
Hey Trix! I've never played or watched any warhammer games, only now that you started rapidly uploading them did I become interested. Game looks absolutely fckning dope! My question is basically... how do I get into this.. universe? lore? gameplay? I don't really know. I just desperately wanna understand what's going on and failing to do so :/
I knew nothing about Vermintide and Warhammer before I started playing and had, and still having, an absolute blast. The gameplay is easy to get into but very hard to master, the skill ceiling hasn't been hit yet and I'm not sure if it ever will. Always room to keep pushing. Best way to get into Vermintide is to just pick it up and have a go, very accessible and still quite a dedicated player base. Goes on sale fairly regularly so keep an eye out! It's quite a fast pace game with a lot going on so playing it is the best way to start understanding how it all works. The actual lore of the world/universe is quite expansive but you don't need a deep understanding to appreciate it. Throughout the game the characters will have a bit of a back and forth and you'll start to understand motivations and all the different factions etc. Main thing you need to know with Warhammer is that there's pretty much war all the time and everyone hates each other. Vermintide is set near the end of the Warhammer timeline where the rat men and chaos factions decided to team up and start wiping out everyone else. That brings us to the main cast of characters where they're forced to work together through circumstance where they might not be otherwise. Hopefully that incredibly brief rundown helps you out!
@@confusedturtle183 trix's rundown is great but I'll also mention that this is the fantasy setting of Warhammer and that there is also a Sci fi version called Warhammer 40,000. They generally follow the same themes and the creators of vermintide are releasing a 40,000 version of vermintide in November called darktide. So if this catches your fancy keep an eye out for that as well
Always been on the verge of getting vermintide… I almost can’t believe that WH40K melee L4D exists and is good at the same time. What a whacky world
who's that amazing BW you've been playing with 👀
I have no idea who you're talking about.

@@TrixMelee Thanks so much, this does help a ton. I also appreciate the effort put into answering my question. You're awesome.
