James will be here live to answer questions for the premiere - people have enjoyed the last couple, so its a good chance to interact with the team live. Hope to see you there - Allan
this case is almost perfect. the only thing missing for me was a support for 360mm radiator on top, dust filter on the front and the white color option.
Hey KitGuru, the Deepcool CL500 that you used in this video has a hole in the middle of the PSU shroud to allow a passthrough of the GPU cable to the video card. What this a stock case or a preproduction unit that is unique to the production cases being sold?
Nice work here, James. Looks like a decent case for airflow recommendations👍 Is the tg panel held in place by magnets, and would it free fall after it has been released?
Very nice video, I enjoyed it very much,. It was a good in-depth review. I see that dvd roms are out of fashion, with a case like that you probably have to think about an external unit for emergencies.
It makes sense that a case that is entirely heat-sink would be possible. I know I've always wanted one... Probably crazy expensive unless it's small form factor, though.
Don't know why you didn't put the radiator on top with the fan sucking air from the inside to the outside, because in your test configuration you are going through all the case with hot air coming from the radiator.
bought one for $20AUD brand new (someone elses unwanted gift)... if it fit my shelf I would of dailied this. got a nice antec thats a better fit so this is a flip
So, absolutely standard internals, the same old useless PSU cover, the laughable 2 hard drives capacity, glass on the side, because of course there is expensive useless glass, absolutely no dust filter, because nobody can convince me this mesh does any sort of dust filtration... So we have absolute garbage of a case...

This case is a hidden gem. Ticks more boxes than other high-end cases, for lower price.
Good price but too much flimsy plastic, they need to have a more deluxe version for $180 too match high end builds

Very distinct name, won’t get it confused with other ‘500’ cases on the market.
Tidy case, tidy build, no-nonsense presentation. James gets my Ronseal of Approval. :-)
Ronseal of approval, it's a thumbs up from me.
Looking forward to this. Finally some mainstream case innovation.
This is will be my next case. I love how it looks.
just order mine my case now is over heating glass is warm to the touch
@@marko3130 that doesn’t mean it’s over heating. That would be pretty normal if the GPU is blowing warm air on to it.
Love watching this guys reviews. Always informative
i wish they went for a removable mesh filter (magnetic also) Need to clean that mesh when dust/dirt accumulates
Just vac the the front of the case when you are cleaning your room... You do clean your room? :-)
Such a shame,you can't place 3 x 140mm fans in front of the case :(
You can get up to 5 120mm fans on a 360mm radiator in the front if you watch Bitwit's build with this case.
I ordered this, just came in, time to build my pc
Love the content man! Keep up the great work!
Has a real brutalist architecture look about it.

The tg panel is held with magnets. A channel at the bottom holds the tg panel from falling once it is released from the magnets at the top.
Great video! I want to buy this case. I think it looks great. I have one question. Please tell me if the PSU shroud is made out of plastic or metal.
That looks very interesting

NR600 competitor? Need to see some thermal and sound tests from good ol beeve sturke.
Why no bottom ventilations for additional fans?
because they are useless
Great

Look up the Streacom DB4. It might be what you're looking for.
do we have dust filters for front and top ?
Don't know why you didn't put the radiator on top with the fan sucking air from the inside to the outside, because in your test configuration you are going through all the case with hot air coming from the radiator.
Installation of a 280mm radiator isn't supported in the top of the case.
A good venting for airflow but not a fan of the look ... very informative review
Non-removable mesh filters is the only negative point here, in my opinion, because it's a very interesting case otherwise.
This looks interesting.
Would a 240 Radi fit in the top?
So these are the people that stole my build, goddamit give me back my stuff man!
Hey, does front panel have dust filter?
Yes it does.
Looks like one of those room air coolers
Psu dust filter ?
For £79 i think this case is a bit of a bargain and i personally like it's industrial design.

Misleading title " Is this a giant heat sink " thumbnail for click bait.
Morning
Personally I can't stand grommets they come out so easily when passing through cables
i glue particularly obnoxious ones
Hey!
I think it's ugly but looking forward to future prettier developments along these lines.
Yikes 😱
