When you take it out, flip them outside down right away to stay fluffy. Make sure there isn’t any egg yolk in your whites. If you over whip your whites , it can turn out flat again. Parchment your pans too, even though it might be more work, it will help the process cooking
the thing with meringue is that even if there’s the slightest amount of any kind of oil your meringue won’t form. that’s why it’s best to separate your egg yolks and whites separately bc you might as well restart if you get yolk in there. your cake would’ve tasted a lot better if it had that airiness of the meringue and it would’ve been really soft. love the decorations though you did a great job
The egg whites didn’t fluff up bc of the egg yolks, you used the same whisk to mix the egg yolk and the whites. You can’t have not even a single drop of egg yolk on the whites bc it won’t work
Your cake video is really cute 😘😘aah you could have added sugar water between the cakes and it would have been soft. Since it's your first attempt... Superb 🔥🔥I know how it feels. Keep making awesome videos like these. Lot of love from Kerala ❤️❤️
Every cake is a tiny work of art! 🎨🍰
for the egg whites i saw a little bit of yolk so i think that's why they weren't getting stiff & you can also add cream of tartar next time!
Yeah I had a feeling that was one of the reasons!!! Thank you!! ☺️☺️✨

Whip up the egg whites alone first until frothy, then gradually add the sugar☺☺

omg no way!!! I’m no baker so thank you for these tips omg!!! ☺️✨
The dots in the icing could be the cream cheese if it wasn’t soft enough and too cold
Yolk is like the worst thing that can happen to whipped egg white. It's like water for chocolate
When you add coloring to cream cheese frosting in does that! Next time add dry food coloring!!!!
