    Hi bro, what do you always add (anticlorine, etc.) for initial tank setup and for water change? Hope you dont mind share what product you use bro. Thank you. 😁

    • @LitiAquaria
      @LitiAquaria  2 года назад +1

      Hi bro, sorry for the late reply. For water change, anti-chlorine solution is the must. I normally use either Seachem Prime or JBL Biotopol. For the newly setup tanks, I add some bacteria starter from JBL Denitrol Bacteria or added some seeded biomedia from mature tank in the filters. That helps the tank cycle faster.

      @@LitiAquaria no worries bro, by responding to the comment I am so grateful for it. Noted on it, what about the ferts products and routine bro? Thank you in advance. 🤜🤛😊

    • @LitiAquaria
      @LitiAquaria  2 года назад +1

      For these small tank size, I normally use All-in-one fertilizers like Tropica / JBL Ferropol...etc. with dosage as per instruction from manufacturers. For bigger tanks, I use Seachem range of products: N, P, K, Iron, Trace, Advance, Excel.

      @@LitiAquaria I see, thanks alot bro! Probably will try the Seachem route. 👍🙏😊

      @@LitiAquaria thanks! how about the ferts ? only use the green one from tropica?

    • @LitiAquaria
      @LitiAquaria  4 года назад +1

      @@SenMc93 Yes, bro. I have change to the Tropica (Orange) ferts, less potent. The green one is more suitable for heavily planted tank. :D

      @@LitiAquaria ahh okayy, and is there any effects if you have 2 different schedule for the lights & co2? mine is straight 8 hrs (my setup is pretty much same like yours lol, IKIGAI inspired me so much)

    • @LitiAquaria
      @LitiAquaria  4 года назад

      @@SenMc93 I am glad to know that, bro. :)
      My lighting and CO2 normally has 1 hours staggerred. The reason is I would like to utilized all CO2 that injected to the tank for the photosynthensis. :) It's OK to have 8 hours straight, or split the period like my setup. As long as the total lighting hours a day is sufficient (i.e. 6-8hrs for me is OK).
