- Over the past few months, I have been having fun testing some new side hustles and everyone told me not to bother.
It's a waste of time, it's too saturated, and lots of other reasons.
I'm glad I ignored them, as it's been one the the fastest growing side hustles I have ever done.

I'm sad to say this... But my dad was a naysayer on me starting into property when I was 21. He said things along the lines of "You have no business doing something you know nothing about" and things of that nature. 8 years later when I had 5 houses, he wanted me to help him get into the business and just 2 years later he was retired with a stable side income. Fair play to him he took it on the chin and apologised for being wrong etc and I was glad to help him. Nay sayers dont always mean the worse for you, sometimes they just don't believe in themselves- let alone you.

Our family expenses are $4000 per month. If my side hustle could earn my half or $2000 per month, it would be life changing. Seriously, I've had some months that were over $1k; however, those were the high points and rare.
I'm just going to keep doing my best to put in the work and boost my skills. If it works out in the end great. If not, that's ok too as I'll have fun along the way.
Great video Carl. So many folks out there who say it will never work, but there is too many of us making it work for that to be the case

6:39 That's actually the usual percentage of non-subscribers.
It's around 73-75% of viewers who aren't subscribers that are watching videos.
Probably because if they watch something once out of curiosity or interest, they'll receive more videos in their feed going forward.
Yeah I agree. I’d like to see that come down to 55-60% though.
@@CarlBroadbent One youtuber in the finance niche with over 900k subscribers said 75% of non-subscribers are watching her content. She also said a lot of her viewers are based in India which makes for lower CPM for certain videos because advertisers don't tend to advertise to India demographics since India largely has very little spending money.
