This game is a true roller coaster of emotions, there is a reason why it is called "Euphoria" and why this the main track. This game seems like some weird fetish trap to some people, but no, there is quite an adventure, and a dark story beneath it all... this game has been seared into my mind, this game is beautiful. Playing the True End made me cry more than any other VN or anime ever, I loved Rinne and Nemu most!
For anyone wondering whether to watch anime or play the game: Do not watch the anime, it's dumbed down, inconsistent, and has little to offer aside from sex scenes. Also, you won't see any plot development, but you will spoil the ending. The VN, on the other hand, is much more than just rape and torture. Sometimes the plot still feels like abridged version, but it's pretty good overall. Go read it - the English release is already out anyway.

I just finished reading it. I am so fucking confused. Why? Why did they hide a very good story behind porn made by Satan's eviler twin, Scatan? Why not just make porn? Or make it no porn at all? I read it because I heard it was good. It takes a while, but it became real good. The ending is great. But I am not sure if its worth it. I know I will never recommend it to anyone. Seek it if you dare, oh ye fools. Through sufferance, paradise. Through scat and gore, a good story.
It has a fucking amazing story but I would tell my friend/people if he/she is fine with effed up stuff first...and honestly it’s a good recommend if they just want some fucked up stuff to consume.
OK I know this is a comment way too late to get any reply, but I would like to say that those gore and scat scenes really nails at doing the job of setting up the unsettling and disturbing aura throughout the game. It's all about the environment here. Clockup, the company behind the game, has made quite a number of games like that now(with good stories and...gores), but sadly only Euphoria and Maggot Baits are translated.
@@v._.v6835 I agree, I have a huge hatred of scat and I'm not too fond of gore but like you said it is really good at setting the tone and making me always feel uneasy, the worldbuilding/immersion is amazing in Euphoria, hard to explain but the fear/uneasy feeling always was with me during the novel. It's hard to recommend this to someone though, especially when you say its a favorite.
