Keep the tower and the waterfall, the arch is a great idea.
Greetings, Mr. SpoonerDee! I vote for keeping the tower walls and the dome, or at least some kind of domed roof, with the spiral staircase. The windows in said walls and in the dome are what make the design brilliant. Love the waterfall, and knowing your proclivity for perfectionism, have no doubts that you will "fiddle" with the related rock formation until it is indiscernable from the existing cliff configuration. To put today's results in a nutshell--NOICE!!! 🤩👍
The stone arch of the waterfall looks a little weird but that's just the beginning! In my humble opinion, I think the structure of the spiral staircase is perfect and fits well with the rest of the castle, for the moment anyway. Thanks for sharing.

I've got an idea for the cave put a waterfall in front of the entrance to the cave and put some skeletons in there to make it look like pirate's died protecting their secret treasure stash or something your choice 😅

Loving the tower! I do think that if you use arrow slits instead of windows it will look way more like a medieval tower :D
And adding another level to the actual tower bit of the tower building, with another set of curved stairs continuing on from the first, might also make it look more like a guard tower. And it might create some visually pleasing different heights on that side as well :)

Have you thought about SALOM for a new site? Large, Flat and one small quest to achieve REBA II gun, Kill the mirelurks for Barney and activate the ready made defence turrets. I think that this would make an amazing settlement in your so capable hands, your creative ability would take it a long way.

Your new castle build is great. can you link the jetty to the house next door one? would act like a coastal back door in a way, just a suggestion ( don't stop building) your too good a it.
