Got this one and can't fully charge de battery pack with the cable (only 3 blue dots, never 4).

i tried charging my android wireless and no matter what angle i try the light is solid red, do you know why would that happen?

qi wireless charger works briefly only then shuts itself off. totally unreliable. no matter how i position my android over it.
