You are not an owner of a fraction of a property, you're an owner of units or shares in an LLC. Be careful going into one of these schemes and it's typically management that makes the money, not the investors.

Yep I have done since this video many phone calls to banks, mortgages, etc and all told me no they dont. Shame the person that made this video did not provide this research.@@samanthajacobs9586

I believe there are none. Home equity on your home or the cash appears the only financing.
