इसमें पत्थर के बीच में चावल और दाल पिसते हैं और साथ में उसमें Air mixing भी होती है ,जिस वजह से ये बहुत ही अच्छा पिसता है और साथ ही फूल भी जाता है।जिसकी वजह से बैटर का fermentation भी अच्छा होता है,और बहुत ही बेहतरीन जाली वाले डोसे बनते हैं।

Hello Nalini ji, I am happy to say that yours & my liked , are so similar. Because, I too have similar wet grinder. Name is LEXUS Ultra. I use this wet grinding to the maximum, to grind for idli & Dosa. And coconut scraper during festivals most. Used atta kneader, rarely. 😊

But I will give you a suggestion for coconut scrapping it's better if you could make slices of coconut with its hard shell out and then peel those inner brown onces and chop it in chopper and you will get a very nice result and you can make anything out of it...
Normally the coconut vendor also takes off the hard shell and he will also chop in pieces if you ask them to do...
We do like this in Kolkata after that just peel of the inner brown skin which will take you hardly 5 minutes and chop in Chopper in few seconds

Hey, I wonder why we in Bengal side always do this. In south they scrape the whole coconut with the brown peel as well. But my mother removes the peel as she says it causes bloating.
