The baby goats are all adorable! And Red Bear is such a good momma allowing other babies to cuddle with her babies! What a cute little baby pile! 💖💖💖
You are making nice progress on the tiny home, looking forward to seeing the experts give their opinion on what to do next. I am learning with you. 💖💖💖

That Cinderella is going to want to move in with you soon. Glad the big pond seems to be holding some water. Hopefully it will keep doing so. You're making good progress on the Tiny House. I think, for the strength of the heater you're going to need, you will have no choice but to run a separate cable for it. The one you mentioned sounds more likely to be either a 2400 Watt or possibly a 240 Volt. A 240 Watt would have to work hard just to warm a cup of coffee. Your coffee maker is probably more powerful than that. Maybe the guy that came and did the rest of the wiring would be the best one to advise you on that.
    Love you all. ❤‍🔥

I used to install electrical equipment, and anytime that I had to run pvc underground for service I ran 2 pipes. That way it makes easier to add things. And it's always better to oversize your conduit. That also makes it easier to add more service or load wire.

I live in Kenya and I love our tankless HWH. We use it for 2 people showers, bath sinks, and kitchen sink. It is perfect for our apartment. The only reason I would switch in our new place, is if we ever have a bathtub, then I would probably go with a tank HWH to make sure I get a full tub of hot water, much needed for leg circulation, leg cramps etc. I've had a jet tub before and it was a must in the house. I'd rather have a nice jet tub and a tiny house, than any other extra!

That big log next to the fence bye the pound you rilly should move it a way from the fence before the goat's figure out that they get on the log an jump over the fence if you all are not home you may have several goat's jumping over the fence then you may have a big mess to hunting them and trying to get back in the fence. You will need the bigger hot water heater and for the electoral you are best to ask the one that put it all in for you all he knows all on what he did so he will give you the right information you need

We had one of those small 220 tankless for years, hard wired but same wire and breaker as a dryer, 1 30 amp breaker, 3 people and it was sorta fine(ish). It didn't always make it through a whole shower as it would cut off for a few seconds at a time so everything was nice and hot then whamm cold shot, not pleasent. the 260 you were looking at is probably the one we looked at too, and needs siper heavy wire and 2 30 amp breakers. I'm not an electrician so I may be wrong on the specs of the one you looked at. We would have had to upgrade our circuit box to fit more breakers so we opted for an electric tank and thankfully they've gotten more efficiant. We couldn't afford to run lines and all for an LP tankless either. Love y'all I hope you can get it all figured out without to much trouble.

I don't know a lot about house electric stuff but it seems that re=running all the wires through another pipe would be a lot of extra work, maybe run another pipe with the one wire needed would be a better idea, maybe you might need another wire later and you would have room in the extra pipe,,,, Cinderella is sooooooo cute, I have always heard that those tankless water heaters are really cool, you do not have to worry about it much, it heats as it goes, wish i had one,,,, great idea guys!!!

I put a tankless water heater on my house several years ago and we had to put 3 beakers in the beaker box. I can’t remember the size of the beakers. I think the wire was something like 7 gauge but with it being 8 or more years ago I could be wrong.
Best advice is start googling the requirements for the one that Lowes has and go from there.

I looked up on computer the wire thing and found this:::
This is a frequently asked question, and the answer is yes: a 120-volt water heater needs two wires. 12/2 wire is needed for 240-volt water heaters. Commercial three-phase water heaters need three wires. Each water heater has a varied length, gallon capacity, and wattage. hope it is helpful

My Dad had taken our broken gas old water heaterand gutted the bottom. He stuck small pieces of wood in it and fired it up. We had tons of hot water for a goid while. Taken about an hour to heat up but it was great. Catch tho to keep it going you'd have to keep feed it. But it was a temporary fix till he got a new one. We did dishes and showers but if the person in the shower takes a long one we'll you where out of luck for about an hour.

  • @phillisjohnsonpj

Just a suggestion have you considered a propane on demand? It can be mounted on an outside wall and only requires a 110 electrical for the igniter. It will eliminate running another 220 line from the water heater to the panel box.
