The baby goats are all adorable! And Red Bear is such a good momma allowing other babies to cuddle with her babies! What a cute little baby pile! 💖💖💖 You are making nice progress on the tiny home, looking forward to seeing the experts give their opinion on what to do next. I am learning with you. 💖💖💖
That Cinderella is going to want to move in with you soon. Glad the big pond seems to be holding some water. Hopefully it will keep doing so. You're making good progress on the Tiny House. I think, for the strength of the heater you're going to need, you will have no choice but to run a separate cable for it. The one you mentioned sounds more likely to be either a 2400 Watt or possibly a 240 Volt. A 240 Watt would have to work hard just to warm a cup of coffee. Your coffee maker is probably more powerful than that. Maybe the guy that came and did the rest of the wiring would be the best one to advise you on that. Love you all. ❤🔥
So glad you are getting you're water and power in the tiny home. Its definitely going to be a game changer for you. Love seeing the animals. Thanks for the video ❤
Oh the pond looks good. It does scare me with the lil goats being out there. I hope one doesn't fall in the pond! Can't wait to see the tiny cabin finished. Leighton is going to be happy to have a lot more room & privacy. Hope y'all are catching more predators!! Love watching the baby goats ❤️ Stay safe, healthy & happy 😊 GOD Bless y'all 🙏🙏 Love 🌻 from NC 💜
The ponds are looking nice. It is so good watching the goats grow. I'm glad that your Dad has been able to help so much. I can see why he would need a nap.
Van Marke Trade Supply or Ferguson look at a Navien Tankless. These are a few places to look for a Tankless Water Heater (gas)! Wow on the lake!! It’s filled up so much!!
Stephanie, I just love how you all have so many baby goats now you aren't for sure who all of their moms are. I hope Brandon can figure out the wiring before long so you can have a washer & dryer there. X's &
I used to install electrical equipment, and anytime that I had to run pvc underground for service I ran 2 pipes. That way it makes easier to add things. And it's always better to oversize your conduit. That also makes it easier to add more service or load wire.
Love seeing all the baby goats ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ can't wait to see the final results of your tiny home ❤️ 😍 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you for sharing have a wonderful day ♥️ 😊
Stephanie love your videos and enjoy watching them every time they come on. May the Lord bless and protect you and your family and the animals. The Lord will guide you and always be at your side
Love your groupies! Lol Things are looking good! That mama has a full house! Lol Hello Brandon 👋 looking good ! Take care Steph! Hugs to you all & lovins to everyone!❤️🙏🤗😘
We have a seasonal pond. We woke up to snow, snowed most of the day. We usually get a dusting not like today. Stephanie, love your style of your videos. Great job!
I just have to say that Cinderella reminds me a lot of Journey from IMA Survivor!! She really resembles Journey so much from when you brought her home.
Awesome video! Loved how the ponds are looking! The goats are too cute! So cool that the cabin is coming along. Also, what is really neat is you said the washer and dryer are coming!!!!! Wahoo! No more laundry mat or goung over to someone's house! God bless! 😊❤️
STEPH I WOULD TALK TO MIKE ABOUT WHAT HIM AND HIS SON THINK ABOUT THE HOT WATER, THEY WOULD TELL YOU THE BEST WAY TO GO BECAUSE THEY PUT IN ALL THE OTHER WIRE AND KNOW WHERE ITS AT.
And roll black plastic on the ground under the cabin, it keeps the moisture from coming up. You can stake it down so it doesn’t blow up, do that before you put up any …. Mmm… siding for the crawl, it has a name and I cant think of it. Lol
I live in Kenya and I love our tankless HWH. We use it for 2 people showers, bath sinks, and kitchen sink. It is perfect for our apartment. The only reason I would switch in our new place, is if we ever have a bathtub, then I would probably go with a tank HWH to make sure I get a full tub of hot water, much needed for leg circulation, leg cramps etc. I've had a jet tub before and it was a must in the house. I'd rather have a nice jet tub and a tiny house, than any other extra!
That big log next to the fence bye the pound you rilly should move it a way from the fence before the goat's figure out that they get on the log an jump over the fence if you all are not home you may have several goat's jumping over the fence then you may have a big mess to hunting them and trying to get back in the fence. You will need the bigger hot water heater and for the electoral you are best to ask the one that put it all in for you all he knows all on what he did so he will give you the right information you need
We had one of those small 220 tankless for years, hard wired but same wire and breaker as a dryer, 1 30 amp breaker, 3 people and it was sorta fine(ish). It didn't always make it through a whole shower as it would cut off for a few seconds at a time so everything was nice and hot then whamm cold shot, not pleasent. the 260 you were looking at is probably the one we looked at too, and needs siper heavy wire and 2 30 amp breakers. I'm not an electrician so I may be wrong on the specs of the one you looked at. We would have had to upgrade our circuit box to fit more breakers so we opted for an electric tank and thankfully they've gotten more efficiant. We couldn't afford to run lines and all for an LP tankless either. Love y'all I hope you can get it all figured out without to much trouble.
I'm thinking that Cinderella thinks that your her mom she is so very adorable nice to see the bigger pond is holding water can't wait until I get my new 👕 I ordered it on Feb 10th ♥
Hello Stephaniel... I so love watching your Videos as well as your other one.... I think spots baby looks like it is a Star on his head... so should be called Star ♥... love an huggles to you all !♥♥♥♥♥♥... keep up the great work love watching you an the kids feed the animals
Ponds look great and of course I got to see the babies 💞❤️. Can't wait to see the tankless water heater up and going so the shower and the washer/dryer works❣️
That’s strange, our Home Depot have a bunch of different sizes, at least you found one. You’re going to love it, but you have to clean it once a year. ✌🏼
Love watching the baby goats. The tiny cabin is looking good. Hope you will soon be able to figure out about which hot water heater is best for Y'all. GOD BLESS Y'ALL.
Hey you said to comment about the water 💧 heater lol ,,,,utilize either a 120 volt or 240 volt circuit, wholly devoted to the heater ,( 8 -gauge wire ) ,,the section exposed to the sink must be armored cable,,Ecoll 8. ,,125 Amp ,,,hope this helps 💖💖💖🏠🛁🚿🪞🪠🚽🧻🧺🧺🧺🧺🧺🧺🧺🧼🧼🧼🧼🧼🧼
I will bet there is an electrician on here in Southeastern Oklahoma who would be willing to come out and do some probono work for you....hint...hint...hint!
I don't know a lot about house electric stuff but it seems that re=running all the wires through another pipe would be a lot of extra work, maybe run another pipe with the one wire needed would be a better idea, maybe you might need another wire later and you would have room in the extra pipe,,,, Cinderella is sooooooo cute, I have always heard that those tankless water heaters are really cool, you do not have to worry about it much, it heats as it goes, wish i had one,,,, great idea guys!!!
Do your washing machines not have there own heating elements to heat the water it’s using? UK we only hook them up to the cold supply? Then when you have a shower just don’t turn on hot tap and the smaller one will be fine.
I put a tankless water heater on my house several years ago and we had to put 3 beakers in the beaker box. I can’t remember the size of the beakers. I think the wire was something like 7 gauge but with it being 8 or more years ago I could be wrong. Best advice is start googling the requirements for the one that Lowes has and go from there.
Someone asked Crandall on his live about which wire gage you needed. But to be honest I have been sick on don’t remember what he said for sure. I thought it was 10 gage. Double check with Mike or Crandall.
Put 2 or 3 pig’s fenced in around the pond and they will help seal it. I miss living on a farm. Run your 220 in another pipe save some time of undoing and fixing it back.
I looked up on computer the wire thing and found this::: This is a frequently asked question, and the answer is yes: a 120-volt water heater needs two wires. 12/2 wire is needed for 240-volt water heaters. Commercial three-phase water heaters need three wires. Each water heater has a varied length, gallon capacity, and wattage. hope it is helpful
My Dad had taken our broken gas old water heaterand gutted the bottom. He stuck small pieces of wood in it and fired it up. We had tons of hot water for a goid while. Taken about an hour to heat up but it was great. Catch tho to keep it going you'd have to keep feed it. But it was a temporary fix till he got a new one. We did dishes and showers but if the person in the shower takes a long one we'll you where out of luck for about an hour.
My husband says to use a six gauge wire gets good for 50 Amp. There are wiring charts that you can look up. They will tell you what you need and the right wire size.
Just a suggestion have you considered a propane on demand? It can be mounted on an outside wall and only requires a 110 electrical for the igniter. It will eliminate running another 220 line from the water heater to the panel box.
The baby goats are all adorable! And Red Bear is such a good momma allowing other babies to cuddle with her babies! What a cute little baby pile! 💖💖💖

Hi Steph 🖐️
Tiny house is getting close! So exciting!
❤❤❤❤❤❤
So glad you are getting you're water and power in the tiny home. Its definitely going to be a game changer for you. Love seeing the animals. Thanks for the video ❤
Y’all work so hard, I really admire what you’re accomplishing! 😻😻😻😻🙏🙏🙏💪💪💪💪
Love watching your videos love your family the tiny house is looking good ❤
I didn't know the goats could get to the pond. 😮 Now I understand why you wanted to keep it thawed. 🤦♀️ Thanks for showing me Stephanie! ❤️
❤️🏠
GOOD UPDATE! CANT WAIT TO SEE SOME FISHING GOING ON IN THAT POND.!
FYI - to help keep mice out of your Tiny cabin, wash the floors with Pinesol! The mice do not like the smell!
Put moth balls not crystal around base of house. Outside. Keeps mice and snakes away
I've found that horse apples help keep insects away also,
We put peppermint oil on cotton balls around the floor of our shed and thankfully no more mice, just a thot
I'm sure you can't wait for the day you have hot water for the washer and the shower in the tiny house. ❤️
Oh the pond looks good. It does scare me with the lil goats being out there. I hope one doesn't fall in the pond!

I'm so scared the little kids going to fall in the pond I'm here hollering don't go there with the babies lol

Hey Stephanie ❤️ Miss Cinderella love's you so much ❤️ love y'all and God bless you and your family and all the animals and feather's 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
I’d just use a standard water heater. Love the baby goats especially Cinderella
Love y’all bunches 💙💖💙💖💙💖
There isn't enough room for a standard water heater. It would take up too much room and have to clear space around it to be up to code in most areas.
Wish we used a tankless when we got new one 3 mths ago
The farm looks good, the ponds are filling up. The cabin is coming together. Take care, enjoy your day ❤️🙏☀️🙏❤️
STEPH I WOULD TALK TO MIKE ABOUT WHAT HIM AND HIS SON THINK ABOUT THE HOT WATER, THEY WOULD TELL YOU THE BEST WAY TO GO BECAUSE THEY PUT IN ALL THE OTHER WIRE AND KNOW WHERE ITS AT.
They already told them that they recommend a tankless "hot water on demand" because of space and that this wasn't their permanent home. 🏡
And roll black plastic on the ground under the cabin, it keeps the moisture from coming up. You can stake it down so it doesn’t blow up, do that before you put up any …. Mmm… siding for the crawl, it has a name and I cant think of it. Lol

Put n another conduit for the new wire - will be a lot easier.
Cinderella is so precious

It's all coming along well can't wait to see the bathroom done and all the babies are so cute
That was a great video Steph. Enjoy your content. 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
Yes, it is better to go ahead and get the right size tankless waterheater. We had to get a bigger one for our house
Ponds look great and of course I got to see the babies 💞❤️. Can't wait to see the tankless water heater up and going so the shower and the washer/dryer works❣️
❤️
you could plant beautiful flowers and flowering shrubs all long the banks of the pond
Catfish will do well in your ponds if you put son pan fish in don't forget to add some pea gravel for them to spawn in
💖💖 Your hubby needs to remove that barrle so the rust won't poison the water . 🙏🙏
GOD BLESS, loved the live tonight.
♥️♥️❤️❤️❤️❤️Hi
Thank you for the updates Steph and also when you and Brandon give updates and just love seeing those beautiful children and animals

Love your videos and how the little goats love you all as well. You are such knowledge goat owners.
The kids would have fun with a remote control boat or two. They can have races across the pond.
Don’t forget about adding heat tape on your water pipes
I will bet there is an electrician on here in Southeastern Oklahoma who would be willing to come out and do some probono work for you....hint...hint...hint!
More important work done on the Tiny Cabin, I know it will work out great for you ❤️
I really love your channel. I look forward to seeing the notification pop up. ❤️✌🏼❤️. Finally got a live.

Then when you have a shower just don’t turn on hot tap and the smaller one will be fine.
You need a 200 amp box to run electric to your outdoor lights , barn, outbuildings and tiny house. You’ll need another one for your house.

You might want to look into a propane hot water heater….. I believe they are more cost effective
Spot’s baby should be named Dot. LoL 😂
8gauge wire and on its own circuit in the breaker box
Brownies babies-fudge n ripple lol
Put 2 or 3 pig’s fenced in around the pond and they will help seal it. I miss living on a farm. Run your 220 in another pipe save some time of undoing and fixing it back.
♥♥
Probably easier to run another smaller pipe than replace all the other . That’s just my opinion
