Painting Deck Railings Black and White - DIY Transformation

We chose this stunning paint color combo of black and white for our railings to class up the deck! WOW, it did not disappoint!!!! WATCH TILL THE END For a daytime reveal and a night time end result with all our deck lighting.
There is no way around it... wood is expensive these days!
So when we built our new deck we reused some of our old deck railings to save on cost. They had to be repainted and we wanted to to look classy!

Very nice. I think I want to paint my small deck floor alternating black and white stripes. Just for something different. Yours came out beautiful. I thought your dog would get paint on her tail LOL. Mine would.

This is really nice. I think I’m going to do the same thing. Did you ever paint the deck boards and also what about the top rail? Since it’s a dark color does it get hot?

We sealed the deck boards in clear. The top gets warm on the rails, yes, but honestly we never touch them due to the openess of the layout of our deck.
