To be honest, Jungkookie has the most beautiful voice. Every single time when I listen to him, I have so many feelings and emotions because of his angelic voice. I don't know why, but he is the only singer who can touch my heart and soul.
The thing about Jungkook is he doesn't even need music, he could sing anything or hum randomly and it would still sound beautiful because his voice is so melodious. He's a born singer.

Jungkook has improved a lot since 2014 with the control and pitch of his voice. He is able to hit those notes ( high or normal) without straining PLUS he can remain on pitch even when moving around. He still sounds very good.
So why does he get hated on by some who think he doesn’t deserve the many lines he gets? Why do they come at him for “Overshadowing” Jin or the vocal line. This is the reason he is centered. His voice is so clear and stable. You can hear every word, every note, it’s soothing. He hasn’t been the main vocalist since day 1 for nothing, even back then his voice stood out, and he was just starting back then.
Some people keep getting mad that Jungkook is the main vocalist, but it’s in their official positions. Jungkook actually has the most official positions in the group including Main Vocal, lead dancer, sub rapper, and center. As both the center and main vocal, it’s obvious he will usually get the most lines. I’m not saying other members shouldn’t get more lines, but don’t take it out on Jungkook. While different aspects of singing are subjective like emotion, tone, etc. and one singer can’t be ranked higher than another in those areas, Jungkook is the main vocal for a reason. That’s because he has the best technique in the group, and technique is how vocalists are ranked because it is the objective side of singing. Having a better technique makes one person a better vocalist than another, however, this doesn’t mean you have to like the objectively better singer more. People often prefer a less technically skilled singer for the subjective qualities that their voice offers, and that’s totally okay. Though, it’s not okay to start getting upset and arguing that your favorite singer is the better singer if they aren’t. A respectful debate, rather than an argument, is fair if the singers are close in technique, but even then it’s often unnecessary to compare. In BTS, Jungkook is the best vocalist and that’s why he was made the main vocal at only 15 despite being so much younger than the rest of the group. He has the best agility, transitions, and over all control over his voice with the most ease across all his registers among other things that just show a more-rounded technique. This said, the other members of the vocal line are still so important to the group, especially for their subjective vocal qualities. Jimin and V have very unique and distinctive voices with almost opposite sounds which give the group a more complete and versatile sound. There are so many people who are just casual listeners of BTS that adore their voices for their vocal color. Jin, at least imo, offers the best emotional delivery in his vocals. Admittedly, all 4 of them emote very well and suit ballads but Jin makes me feel everything without even knowing the lyrics. He almost exclusively chooses ballad songs for his solo songs because he and their producers know that is where his biggest strength lies. Jin, along with Jimin, are also the members who usually hit the really high notes while V is strong in lows and is known for his huge range. Jungkook has the most control throughout the middle register and is strongest in this area. He is primarily the one always doing the runs and his ear is great which allows him to make great harmonies live, often on the spot. BTS is a team, not a group of competitors. They don’t work against each other in competition, they work together to complete each other and present a wider range of abilities. While each is already competent on his own, they will always offer more as a unit. If you are an Army, please respect every member and recognize that a compliment to one member doesn’t take away from another but adds to the group because each member is an extension of a diversified unit that is stronger together💜

Great ,each and every word of yours is correct. I too recently started listening to them and I realised that as a band each of them complement each other and that is their strength and uniqueness, they have different vocals and when they blend they create magical songs 🎵.They have their own originality which they pour down in their solo songs but as a unit they work really well
I mean he has like 7 years of practice because he is often on the stage and has to perform their song and do their choreography 😂 but I couldn’t do that so ...
Jungkook has always had a great range but what sets him apart is that he fully developed all 3 registers low, middle, and high. He's an incredible vocalist, not just because of high notes or belting, but because of his skills and techniques. His transitions are smooth, he has incredible runs, great agility and sense of rhythm, and almost always perfect pitch. On top of that he has great control and stability of his vocals which is why he is so consistent with his delivery. The reason people say is he autotuned is because his vocal tone has a natural autotune tonality to it meaning he is able to sing high or low but still keep the volume the same which is hard to do. And on top of all that you add his talents with adlibs, harmonizing, and background vocals because of his ability to blend any of the vocalists, rappers, or music. He sounds almost the same live as the studio version because they use minimal effects on his voice. He's great because he still always works to continue improving
Usually, to know if their performance is lip synced, I listen carefully to the others, but not to him, because I can never tell if it's the studio or live version. No hate toward the vocal mine tho, I love them so much and that's hard to tell if they're lip syncing too because they always sound similar to the studio version.
Being an army since 2015-2016, I'm really happy to see how his voice has grown. I've heard people say that he's not the strongest vocalist out there, but I still think he deserves praise. Number one, he's one of the few singers that's actually made me cry while listening to him sing. He's so good at presenting emotion through his voice through stylistic decisions (such of these would be the audible breathing he does to capture the feeling of exhaustion or sadness). And idk if I'm the only one who's noticed this, but I've noticed that his breath support has gotten better and better throughout the years and because of that he's able to hold out longer notes and phrases with more power. It's like every year he's improving more and more, and I think it's a testament to his atittude of always wanting to be better than before. I think that's why he's my bias: I love how he's humble and always wants to improve. Idk, that's just my two cents and my observations. Edit: ayee thanks for the likes!
@@nycon9927 I've read several comments about how he sings, and sometimes even the vocal analysis that I see of him online says that he isn't a good vocalist because he's airy and breathy. I'm classically trained, so I understand why people would think that he isn't a "strong singer" if they only look at his covers because he likes to expel a lot of breath in between lines, which would lead some to think he doesn't have good breath support. But I think he only does that for style, because in other songs such as "Truth Untold" and the bridge in "ON" he shows off that he can hold long notes with power. That was just something I've noticed, because I really do think he's polished his technique throughout the years, but he doesn't want to be confined to it if it would sacrifice the feeling of the song. Lol sorry if this was long, but this was just my observation, and yes, I stand by the belief that he's got a good voice.
It is actually a matter of taste and ability of the artist/singer to deliver the piece. There is no right or wrong in tastes. People talk about techniques and all. Like a great piece of writing, doesn't mean it has fantastic grammatical sentences or good punctuation. It's about being able to convey the message/story and how it makes one feels and JK is extremely talented in doing that. I'm listening to his songs and the feeling is just phenomenal regardless of me understanding the lyrics or not. His breaths during the songs are always at the right spots and very articulate, emphasis even more on the feelings and emotion. Good job JK!

Mr. Jeongguks voice is not only stable but also comforting. he can sing at many different pitches. and can rap also. his lower registers always give me chills. like when ever he starts to sing i just sigh at how beautiful it always sounds.

After absorbing BTS content almost daily for the past 2 years-- I have to say that Jungkook has never missed a single note or part. He is the rock on which all BTS performances are grounded on. Even an hour into intense non-stop performing during concerts, he doesn't miss a damn beat. Sometimes I think he's super human in his endurance. I'm absolutely impressed and in awe of this hard working and professional. He is the best in his generation and can not be understated.

Having a better technique makes one person a better vocalist than another, however, this doesn’t mean you have to like the objectively better singer more. People often prefer a less technically skilled singer for the subjective qualities that their voice offers, and that’s totally okay. Though, it’s not okay to start getting upset and arguing that your favorite singer is the better singer if they aren’t. A respectful debate, rather than an argument, is fair if the singers are close in technique, but even then it’s often unnecessary to compare. In BTS, Jungkook is the best vocalist and that’s why he was made the main vocal at only 15 despite being so much younger than the rest of the group. He has the best agility, transitions, and over all control over his voice with the most ease across all his registers among other things that just show a more-rounded technique. This said, the other members of the vocal line are still so important to the group, especially for their subjective vocal qualities. Jimin and V have very unique and distinctive voices with almost opposite sounds which give the group a more complete and versatile sound. There are so many people who are just casual listeners of BTS that adore their voices for their vocal color. Jin, at least imo, offers the best emotional delivery in his vocals. Admittedly, all 4 of them emote very well and suit ballads but Jin makes me feel everything without even knowing the lyrics. He almost exclusively chooses ballad songs for his solo songs because he and their producers know that is where his biggest strength lies. Jin, along with Jimin, are also the members who usually hit the really high notes while V is strong in lows and is known for his huge range. Jungkook has the most control throughout the middle register and is strongest in this area. He is primarily the one always doing the runs and his ear is great which allows him to make great harmonies live, often on the spot. BTS is a team, not a group of competitors. They don’t work against each other in competition, they work together to complete each other and present a wider range of abilities. While each is already competent on his own, they will always offer more as a unit. If you are an Army, please respect every member and recognize that a compliment to one member doesn’t take away from another but adds to the group because each member is an extension of a diversified unit that is stronger together💜

Great ,each and every word of yours is correct. I too recently started listening to them and I realised that as a band each of them complement each other and that is their strength and uniqueness, they have different vocals and when they blend they create magical songs 🎵.They have their own originality which they pour down in their solo songs but as a unit they work really well

jungkook's voice has a permanent autotune inside his vocal chord.
Jungkook has always had a great range but what sets him apart is that he fully developed all 3 registers low, middle, and high. He's an incredible vocalist, not just because of high notes or belting, but because of his skills and techniques. His transitions are smooth, he has incredible runs, great agility and sense of rhythm, and almost always perfect pitch. On top of that he has great control and stability of his vocals which is why he is so consistent with his delivery. The reason people say is he autotuned is because his vocal tone has a natural autotune tonality to it meaning he is able to sing high or low but still keep the volume the same which is hard to do. And on top of all that you add his talents with adlibs, harmonizing, and background vocals because of his ability to blend any of the vocalists, rappers, or music. He sounds almost the same live as the studio version because they use minimal effects on his voice. He's great because he still always works to continue improving
Usually, to know if their performance is lip synced, I listen carefully to the others, but not to him, because I can never tell if it's the studio or live version. No hate toward the vocal mine tho, I love them so much and that's hard to tell if they're lip syncing too because they always sound similar to the studio version.

Being an army since 2015-2016, I'm really happy to see how his voice has grown. I've heard people say that he's not the strongest vocalist out there, but I still think he deserves praise. Number one, he's one of the few singers that's actually made me cry while listening to him sing. He's so good at presenting emotion through his voice through stylistic decisions (such of these would be the audible breathing he does to capture the feeling of exhaustion or sadness). And idk if I'm the only one who's noticed this, but I've noticed that his breath support has gotten better and better throughout the years and because of that he's able to hold out longer notes and phrases with more power. It's like every year he's improving more and more, and I think it's a testament to his atittude of always wanting to be better than before. I think that's why he's my bias: I love how he's humble and always wants to improve. Idk, that's just my two cents and my observations.

@@nycon9927 I've read several comments about how he sings, and sometimes even the vocal analysis that I see of him online says that he isn't a good vocalist because he's airy and breathy. I'm classically trained, so I understand why people would think that he isn't a "strong singer" if they only look at his covers because he likes to expel a lot of breath in between lines, which would lead some to think he doesn't have good breath support. But I think he only does that for style, because in other songs such as "Truth Untold" and the bridge in "ON" he shows off that he can hold long notes with power. That was just something I've noticed, because I really do think he's polished his technique throughout the years, but he doesn't want to be confined to it if it would sacrifice the feeling of the song. Lol sorry if this was long, but this was just my observation, and yes, I stand by the belief that he's got a good voice.

It is actually a matter of taste and ability of the artist/singer to deliver the piece. There is no right or wrong in tastes.
People talk about techniques and all. Like a great piece of writing, doesn't mean it has fantastic grammatical sentences or good punctuation. It's about being able to convey the message/story and how it makes one feels and JK is extremely talented in doing that. I'm listening to his songs and the feeling is just phenomenal regardless of me understanding the lyrics or not. His breaths during the songs are always at the right spots and very articulate, emphasis even more on the feelings and emotion. Good job JK!

Mr. Jeongguks voice is not only stable but also comforting. he can sing at many different pitches. and can rap also. his lower registers always give me chills. like when ever he starts to sing i just sigh at how beautiful it always sounds.
to know he wasn't interested about singing or being a main vocalist when he first debuted is absolutely insane to me he was born for this. his voice is so calming and unique i hope he continues to release music even if bts decides to break up :(
After absorbing BTS content almost daily for the past 2 years-- I have to say that Jungkook has never missed a single note or part. He is the rock on which all BTS performances are grounded on. Even an hour into intense non-stop performing during concerts, he doesn't miss a damn beat. Sometimes I think he's super human in his endurance. I'm absolutely impressed and in awe of this hard working and professional. He is the best in his generation and can not be understated.
