He has very minor cybernetic enhancments, thats why he is much faster than the regular person. But besides that he doesn't have any, he also killed an entire mob when cyborgs didn't even exist yet. The mob had guns, he killed them all with the family sword (Muramasa)
Only being able to obtain an S rank in this fight being not using jack mode, alternative weapons or tricks and without receiving damage is such a detail to the whole "honourable fight" thing
i dunno if you live in america, but you could unironically sleep on one of those roads and wake up in 8 hours in one piece, those roads are completely desolate, good place to theoretically hide a body would be a couple miles off one of these roads, hypothetically of course.

He may not of had Cybernetics, but he had an armoured exosuit, which ran on the same nanites that powered cyborgs. That's also why doing Zandatsu also heals Sam.
