What a piece of work to steal somebody’s dog, but she should never let him outside like that unattended. I’ve got four dogs and I take care of them like they’re my kids when I leave my kid outside tied up to a piece of wood under a deck that’s ridiculous. I’m sorry it just upsets me. I am so glad she got a happy ending, but it could’ve been worse.
