I beg to disagree to those idiots who said Seungri is not as talented like his hyungs.
No one harmonizes like Ri, he does it with flying colors and when he sings it is really the same with recorded version even better. His stage presence and the way he commands hi audience is the best just like his brothers plus the humor. His parts in BB songs are the best especially live and it's my favorite.
Now I miss him so much 😭

Maybe because of all the things he was accused and confirmed to do. I didn't want to think Seungri would be that way. But there was so much evidence. Not to mention when I first got into BB I felt a weird vibe from him. I talked myself into thinking I was wrong and appreciated Seungri for his talent and how nice he was. I am OT5 no doubt. I just wish things went different.

The One Of a Kind World Tour, GD’s solo concert, was jointly directed by choreographers Travis Payne and Stacy Walker who previously worked on Michael Jackson′s This Is It tour. The stage was designed by Michael Cotten, who has decorated the stages of the Super Bowl, the Olympics and Michael Jackson′s world tour.
This Alive concert is not directed by them.

I will and always remember them being in group of 5... I will support all of them in the future... For sure...
First of all Thank You, that was a trip down memory lane. I went to both Alive concert dates in LA, my first time seeing BB, got to see them up close and realized they were real. I vividly remember them descending from those time capsules and to think those capsules traveled around the world it's amazing! Seeing Daesung fly above the crowd with those wings was very emotional, that song means so much too. Watching it now I still don't understand how some people can be so hateful. At that time I hated monster because of what it meant, it took me a couple of years to start liking it. Now I "dislike" still life and I don't think I will ever like it because to me it sounds incomplete without Seungri, probably that is what GD meant it to sound like.
The moment you mentioned you wished you had a lightstick, I took out mine lol. The battery died half way through, I was surprised the batteries still had charge. Last time that lightstick was out of it's cute box was for GD"s Motte tour.
I love all of your BB reactions, I get to re-live all the good times and the not so good too, but I loved every moment.
The BigBang nostalgia is real. I miss them so much. But they have comeback against all odds before, I don't see why this time would be different. 👑
I gotta say that the same thing happened to me with Still life, I heard the song a couple times, sometimes even to sleep, but not because I liked it, it was because I was looking for that 'something' to hit me. But it didn't, it's just not the same, and I can probably say that it's the first song of BigBang that I can't seem to fully love.
Have you seen? They always smile and joke, they really love their work, it's their life. This is why they're the best.

This was the first BIGBANG Concert that I attended and it was one of the best highlights of my life. I'm excited to relive this with you, Hurraira. Somebody please send her a lightstick!
It would also be cool to know the premise of this concert. The most beloved group Bigbang got their first set of major scandals. In 2011, GD was embroiled in a marijuana scandal after his plagiarism scandal. Daesung was involved in a road accident that killed the victim, not his fault. I think it was also this time, Seungri got a sex scandal which is ridiculous. Everyone thought Bigbang was done for, but they came back and they came back stronger! Hence, the album and concert title, ALIVE. In this concert, they showed their power. Their music's power. No scandal can bring them down. They're still alive. They're always alive. Until whenever.

Cafe' I think is one of the most underrated songs by Big Bang since it is so different from their other main stream hits. The division of lines is phenomenal and the actual mood of the song is perfect. It is the best live. It really is one of my favorites.
This is without a doubt my favorite concert of all time. I was at one of their USA shows on that tour and I still think about those memories all the time. The opening still makes me cry even a decade later ~
Oh, btw did you know there's a huge ass sculpture of GD in the koreanwave exhibition at the V&A museum in London? Made by a korean sculptor, its something to behold!
I needed this today! I could not remember which Alive concert I've seen online, it's been awhile. Thanks so much, Hurraira! Btw, Dae's 1st Japanese album is titled D'scover. You have already listened to some of the songs in it (I Love You, Missing You Now). If ever you do another Dae reaction, I highly recommend Konayuki (Powder Snow) live I'm certain you'll esp love this as this has an alternative rock feel to it which Dae suits so well; Feelings Deepened live, Like Overflowing with Kindness live and Utautai No Balld (Singer's ballad also included in the said album) and oh his This is the Moment korean version. I learned to appreciate Japanese songs because of Daesung, I love all his Japanese releases to be honest.

Interesting.. I haven't really watched their alive tour because I committed to them in 2015 and mostly prefer lives from that year and onward. Amazing how within two years they evolved so much. I will not torture myself thinking how good they would be now standing on the stage together😢
Also, I was interested to see if discovering dbsk affected your opinion on bigbang but I guess they are really different. Can't wait for your future reactions on both groups. They were really on the top of their game

I was fortunate enough to attended Bigbang's Still Alive concert here in the Philippines and it was the first year when I discovered them. That (this) is 10years ago already and I still love the songs, no one has reached their level whatever the kids says. I'm not saying the new gens are not good, but how can you enjoy the princes when you were already inlove with the kings? This is the end of an era. I am excited for each and everyone of them. I don't feel sad at all. I can't wait to hear more songs from them.
I attended their alive manila concert. bummer though since it was poorly organized. didn't catch their epic entrance but I still enjoyed it. Had a blast!

It took me a while to finish this video because it brought back so many good memories, but now tainted with nostalgia and sadness that we might not see the 5 of them together on stage ever again. I also want to point out that this amazing concert was way back 2012-2013! They are the first kpop group to have a world tour and garnered 800 000 concert attendees when kpop is not yet mainstream, limited access to internet for most countries, no spotify, social media is still relatively new... and yet BIGBANG is touring the world already!!! Who paved the way again?

I've got a lot of BIGBANG (Group and Solo variety and Concert show) content downloaded on my phone. 3 of them are now uploaded on my google drive but I'm also thinking if I should Upload it on RUclips but I'm afraid if gets blocked so Im still deciding whether I should do it here on youtube or not. Not just for Hurraira but for the Baby VIPs out there who still hasnt watch it.
Do it but only if you feel comfortable 🥰, I'm you sure so many would appreciate it. You can always upload it first and see what restrictions get put on it before making it public. The thing that gets blocked almost always stuff broadcast on TV. So if it's a concert that was streamed or on DVD it might be fine (unless it was in Japan) but if the concert was shown on TV and has channel logos etc, it'll get flagged.
I remember watching this concert in a cinema and imagine how fun that was! VIPs were singing and dancing! It's a huge party!! Lucky to see them live in their MADE concert and it still feels ecstatic just thinking about it! Gonna wait for another world tour and I would sell all my fortune to be at the front seat! Oh I’ve not actually sat through an entire concert footage of theirs so this was fun!!! I’m also part of the team that wishes I had seen a bigbang concert when they were active . And I might forgive myself if I hadn’t known of them then but it sucks even more cos I was alr a fan then dammit hahahaha. I need a bigbang concert to happen again so I don’t carry this regret to my grave 😂
