I'm in a perfect location near a heart hospital, ER, a upscale supermarket. parks, a creek, and downtown Austin. It is a quiet middle class neighborhood with no security problem. It has a lot of trees with a lot of small cottages (although some houses are being torn down and replaced with larger homes). Yes, I'm talking about Rosedale. The value of my home has more than doubled in 14 years.
Would you ever consider doing a video on renting? For the cost, and wanting to check out living in the city first, renting may make sense for people like myself moving from far away.
Hey Frank, you're one of my Austin real estate "stay in the know" and "where Austin is going projection and data wise" Could you start following the Austin DT Sky-rise Condo market place? The fall, the rise, the time to sale and the time to Buy. I'm thinking end of 2024 to buy one but like low end prices but high end value (lake view, higher away from traffic, nice larger pool) Looking to do a Christian evangelize the city movement but in style 🙂
Unsolicited advice: move the advertising stuff to the middle of the video and start with meat or something clickbaitish. Second comment: the market for homes with yards is so different from the condo market that it probably makes sense to do separate videos on each when discussing something like neighborhoods. Keep making videos, please!
