Hey Nutty great video. I've owned a bunch of these like you. Live here in the pacific northwest. All my 5th gen 22res over around 170k start having that ignition issue. It's like the tumblers get loose or something. What I do is slowly insert the key and wiggle it back and forth while turning the key right to left slowly. I do this until the keys all the way in and it sometimes adjusts the internal components enough to work well for months again. Also we all know old toyoda keys get real worn down. Sometimes I'd you simply replace the key it will solve that issue. You are the man! God bless.
I'am so sorry Nu, I was really rooting for you, I just knew that your truck would start! 😣 It was nice to hear you talk to your truck, maybe it needs MORE lovey-dovey talk? 🤔 How is your gorgeous wife doing and your 2 little handsome boys? Please tell them hello and that I send my love to you all, thank you! ❤
I would do things I can't post here for a reliable, affordable used pick-up truck. They want your soul and 6 figures for one down here in the lower 48.
I got my 93 Toyota Pickup for $500. It's got 306k miles on it, 2WD, and it is a long bed. I wanted a short bed but damn, the 7.5 ft bed definitely comes in handy.
@@NuttyNu Sat awhile old fuel and condensation from years in tank. I agree with others most likely frozen fuel lines and defrost and put in some additive.
Man, this video brings back So Many Memories !!!
Tell me
