Could you, please, help me again? In method 2 of the script, the graph is obtained with the command "clustplot(pam(df,2))". How do I insert the treatment names in the graph that are in the first column of the data file?

You can add treatment names by using text(rownames(data$variablename)) function. However if you can send me the dummy data set with R commands you have used then I can send you back the R command for using treatment names in the plot.. You can send at [e-mail]
