@@eryk04 because thats how it works, when u have like 100haste and u get like 20 haste it reduces cooldowns less than if u go from 0 to 20 haste, it just works like that

@@Caimon7 no 100 haste is 50% cdr which mean cast 2 spells in the same time you would cast 1 spell with 0 haste, 200 haste is 66.7% cdr which means you cast 3 spells in the same time so 100 ability haste means 1 more spell in the same time

@@eryk04 u actually just proved my point, the first 100haste gave u 50%cdr, the next 100haste gave u 16.7% cdr. Lets say u have a 20sec spell: 50%cdr=10sec cd/66.7%cdr=6,66sec cd, so the first 100 haste gave u 10sec difference, the other 100 gave u 3,34 sec difference, so the first 100haste was 3times more valuable

Smolder is still in a bad conditions, the buffs they gived to him were wrong, or better, they buffed him on the wrong side; it was just a lazy buff
The critical build is almost worthless on him, is expensive as hell and doesn't give to the champion what he is suppose to looking for.
Imagine being forced to NOT build Trinity on a champion that work almost like Ezreal.
Imagine being forced to build critical items with a worthless passive to be ''usable''.
The champion itself is working better right now only because the buffs were insanely big.
They gave him the only thing he doesn't need; DAMAGE
Right now he's just like attk-speed/crit Garen; Strong but in the wrong way.
