I like how you explained each step of the installation process. And you did everything in a simple way. I'm looking to buy the kit that has the compressor and the air tank, so that it will be easier for me to do the airing up and deflating of the airbags. You did a great job of showing us the installation of the air bags on your truck. Thank you 👍.
Man, thank you so much for this video. Thanks to this video I was able to do it myself in my garage. Very simple task after watching the video. Appreciate it
Good vid!! Very easy job for the most part. One thing I might suggest to folks is use WD-40 to spray the threads of the bolts that hold the two small bumpers mounted on the bottom of the frame. I used an air wrench to remove them and one of the retaining nuts broke off from it's mount inside the frame channel. Luckily, there is an access hole on the inside of the frame to get to the retention nut for each small bumper. I have a Sthil chainsaw and the chain/bar wrench (socket) fits inside there real well to hold the nut. I was able to get the bolt, nut and bumper off that way. You may be better to spray the threads and remove the bumper bolts by hand vs an air wrench. Bottom line....if the threads of those two bolts are dirty/rusted and you break off the retention nut(s)....it can be a pain to remove the bolt and bumper.
My 2019 f150 has a 6” lift on it, some people are saying I need to add a spacer to cover the distance for the air bag, do you know anything about that, I didn’t see you add any
I only pay $215 for mine is the same one you have putting into a 250 truck but thanks for the info I appreciate it it’s been a while since I’ve done one
The firestone kit is such a great product. The air lift brand is absolute garbage. It mounts inboard of springs with a real flimsy bracket, uses huge u bolts to hold it to the frame. I sent it right back and got the firestone. It's great!
Great install info. I used this when I put Firestone air bags on my 2016 F-150. I opted to install an Air Lift Wireless compressor, just for the convenience. It can be controlled either from the Air Lift remote, or through the Air Lift app on my phone. ruclips.net/video/AfduMwQvwh4/видео.html
Did my bags this morning! Followed your video step by step, very well done! Much appreciated, saved me a lot of money
I’m glad I was able to help😊

I was quoted 1700 and 1500 by 2 different shops with on board air. I’m going to order the kit and do it my self. Thanks for the video
Great video. I ran my air lines separate to make sure each one had exactly the same air. And used the license plate screw holes it’s easier to get to.

Great video, I now feel confident that I can install this on my own with no problems. Thanks
You made it look easy, getting this for my 2022 F150 if it ever comes in. Thanks!
This was an easy intall anyone can do it. Thanks for watching

Really good video! I will be watching again when I install my set thanks
No worries, I hope you find it useful
Great video, did mine this morning.
Screwing air fitting into bag is easier if you do it before bolting bag to bracket. It swivels, so you can line it up to get it thru slot.
Very good video of this install. Thanks
thanks man!! perfect how to video
Glad I was able to help👍
Great video!!!
Do you have the part # for the brass three way fitting. Making one air intake port.

Good Stuff, Great Tips👍🏿😀
Thanks
I enjoyed your video. Just so happens I am close to buying Firestone 2286 kit. Are you still happy with your purchase?
Yes, still very happy, smooth ride even when pulling my trailer
Where did u install the low pressure sensor?
Low pressure sensor did not come with the kit
So how are you able to put some air? Did u install a compressor with that?
My 2019 f150 has a 6” lift on it, some people are saying I need to add a spacer to cover the distance for the air bag, do you know anything about that, I didn’t see you add any
I did not add any since the spacer or the block for the lift is under the leaf springs, so your good to go
Awesome, thank you! Saved me some money😂

Good Video.
I don’t understand why the spacer is for 2wd?? Nobody can answer this question
I was sure the spacer was for lifted trucks or leveled out trucks
Mine was lifted but I did not use the spacer
What size leveling block is on your rear end springs? Looks pretty big..have you already leveled your truck?
That is for the 6 inch lift

What size rear block do you have?
That’s for my 6 inch BDS lift
You may not see this. But I was wondering the ride quality while empty or 5psi as suggested. Is it the same as it was or bouncy
It’s a little bit bouncy but you wont affect the ride quality, you’ll get used to it along the way
Do you have the link for the "T"?
