I already fix this parts very nice but there is small issue.. when you ride to adjust windscreen there is no respond due lack of power supply... Only when my bike stop on traffic light its working... Any idea what's wrong?

Too much wind while moving. Same as with the knob. If you push the windshield away from you slightly while operating it should move.
