Loofahs hold too much bacteria and if your skin is breaking out that’s probably why. African nets are wonderful for exfoliation and more sanitary than loofahs

Try a silicone body scrubber instead of a pouf. Those poufs hold a TON of bacteria! The silicone scrubber can be put in the dishwasher to clean but I find it comes perfectly rinsed in the shower. Much less irritation on my sensitive skin. Thanks for the great tips!!!

I got another trick for you, baby oil gel! Use this after the shower but before you towel dry….rub it in all over then use towel. Change up your towels! Use the Turkish cotton towels. They woven differently so that they dry faster. The do not pick up musty smells from the shower ever!!! This is due to the way they are woven. They NEVER smell like they are being used but always smell good. They are antibacterial and anti microbial. Amazon sells them, they are called Turkish towels.
I also use washcloths on my skin because I have strawberry patches on my legs and upper arms. I need a cloth to wash my skin so that I can exfoliate the skin and keep them smooth. This helps with that.
Love ya vids sis but I hate dove body wash and i feel like it’s a “sugar on shit” situation lol I like to feel stripped so Irish spring it is! I feel like everyone is different. To me it’s straight forward shower to clean lotion/oil to moisturize. Oh and don’t shower twice a day unless you sweat. As far as ACV ion know sis I been debating cause what the shampoo can’t get it? I swear at my scalp too. Just curious

You do a lot of contradictions on here like skin. Health use anti bacterial soapuse hot water. Don't use hot water. Basic minds are just tell people to do whatever they want to and hope for the best.
