As an OG Speedy, I caught onto that very quick. Speed adds new characters to his streams each season, every season he has a new girlfriend (usually a model with low following needing a boost). It’s apart of the script, happened with Ava, Dream, Jess, Aaliyah, Amy and etc.. Speed has no real interest in these women in streams, it’s all acting for content. They all have agreements and it’s cool with both sides.

Speed’s a super genius, he knows what he’s doing for his legacy. He’s mostly in character even off camera for that impressions and talks about him outside of the streams. Everything is calculated to a degree, it’s still funny that some people can’t tell he’s in character mode. The green apples, finding words that mean the N-Word in other countries because he knows that entertains his fans. The girlfriends, the fireworks, the family members into it. He knows. He’s like borderline celebrity and I know that sounds crazy but most people see him as a streamer/YTber first before a celeb so he needs to do some more crossovers and add some titles to his belt.

This Touring countries is something have never seen before. The engagement he does with his fans, them just knowing they can get an opportunity to meet and weirdly interact with him keep them in the loop of following whatever he puts up and keep up with his travels and then gain more subs and love for visiting the countries making big connections on the way. There's nothing smart about doing dumb things. Speed just likes to play clown (to a point in which he forgets life isn't about cameras). No idea how you came to the conclusion Speed is a genius from basic things like not striking channels and supporting Ronaldo. This is something anyone can do, MrBeast literally said the same thing about striking.
Speed is funny for a young audience, but that's about it. He grew from strong work ethic and some slightly outrageous ideas. No need to think deeper than that.

i dont get how you guys can be so amazed by this man. yes, the tactics work, he became famous but it doesnt take a genius to do all that and the way i see it he is not really playing a character, hes just exaggerating his persona, being extra dumb to be funny, all of that just because he got positive feedback all that time for shit like that and if you have a fanbase like his and only get compliments, of course you feel like the greatest and try to be even better and better. all he does online is fine for me and can be funny cause its just online but today i watched the whole stream where he was in austria where i live and that gave me second hand embarassment. he is just extremely loud, annoying, unpleasant and it was hard to watch in general. it seemed like he cares for literally noone else than for himself, the world revolves around him so he can do whatever he wants. hes not just confident, hes disrespectful and acts like a 13 year old and sadly enough people find that funny. streaming the whole time when visiting a country is cool and all but its expected that the kids are gonna be running to get that picture with him and he didnt take that into consideration at all when he announced multiple times that he would go to ferhat döner to get food. the guys restaurant had to take in damage and speed complained about the fans all the time as if the most unexpected things were happening
