That is Kallen Stadtfeld from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. Code Geass is one of the greatest anime series ever created, especially the first season which every episode is a masterpiece. Highly recommended and should be a must watch, just be a aware that it does contain a good amount of violence.

i was thinkin. what if you got the claw stuck on the shute assembly or something and it ripped off and fell into the prize shute. you could walk around with it tied to your belt like a trophy.
