The opening question proves my belief that many people and/or businesses think they are communicating what is in their head/idea, yet not knowing they explained it awkwardly or not enough. They play out narratives in their head that are not coming across to the people /market. Furthermore, many will just repeat the same thing to people, meanwhile people famously comprehend/learn a Gazillion different ways. Social allows Biz/people to say it as many ways as they can, and guess what else, you get practically instant feedback with comments, moreover the platforms GIVE You(for free mind you) data that you can breakdown and utilize for more content all of which are increasing your connections with people aka relationships, which some call Brand. How ironic, I just ran into a 60 year old coworker and he was demonizing technology and said how the kids dont want to work nowadays. I tried to tell him there is just a different type of work nowadays, but he didnt want to listen lmao. Oh well. I keep telling people to adapt.
