Dividends are what got me into investing in the stock market. The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. Have over $600K in my portfolio as I bought a lot of dividend stocks before, I'm buying more now, and I will buy more when it drops further.
As a new investor it's always great to hear from a person who has gone through all the difficult times and come ahead of it. It's unnerving to see your portfolio go from green to red but as mentioned if you have invested in quality names just have to keep adding to them and stay the course.

I totally agree, I'm 60 and just retired with about 1.2 million in outside retirement funds, no debt and very small dollars in retirement funds compared to my balance of portfolio over the past 3 years to date. tbh, the role of the invt-advisor can only be overlooked, not denied. just do your research to find a reputable one.

Credit score is not something used in all countries though. In France, they determine if you are eligible to get a loan (e.g., to buy a house) based on the ratio between your salary, your expenses and your savings. Basically, if every month you 'burn' all your money, you're perceived as riskier than someone earning less but consistently making deposits to a saving account. I feel in the US people tend to buy things they don't need with money they don't have... The only times I feel one should need a credit is when buying 'big' things (house, car, etc.). Not for a TV. @@Curbalnk True, I mostly just buy and hold stocks, but my portfolio has been mostly in the red for quite awhile now. Unfortunately to be able to make good gains, you’ll need to be consistent and restructure your portfolio frequently.
in my opinion, it was much easier investing back in the 60s but it’s a lot trickier now, those making consistent profit in these times are professionals reason I’ve been using an advisor for the past 5 years to consistently build my portfolio in preparations for retirement.

I dunno… I was one of those people that didn’t care about a credit score, didn’t get any education about how important your credit score is, and I racked up debt like an idiot. I worked really hard and educated myself and I’ve brought my credit score from 480 to 732 and I’m still going up with *VRI TOKEN* . Can't deny the fact that *VRI TOKEN* is the strongest bet to bring power back to this industry after we suffered FTX, Celsius, Tera and so on. Sure if they fail it's done for good, but I don't see that the biggest tech company in the world would put everything at risk just for that.
My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless.

Yea Navy federal gave me a really high limit. I applied and was denied at first so I got a *VRI TOKEN* , and I was approved for a capital one. Currently AAPL share price is $129.93 per share, so that works out to 92 cents per year per share, or 23 cents paid out quarterly per share. 100,000 shares would yield $92,000 per year, but the cost to buy those 100,000 shares of Apple stock is almost $13 million dollars! I think you literally just saved my life Leo, I’ve been struggling to find a way out. I’m currently an N.A waiting to get certified because of covid and stuff but I support myself and my grandma. I don’t have anyone to turn to for help, I’ve been trying to save but I can’t because of bills and renting my apartment and everything. But this, literally helped me look to a brighter future. Credit scores are just a form of federal control, so if you want to continue living a good life? it’s important to have a high score. My house and vehicles are paid off, I have one Visa card for all purchases, which gives me air miles, and I pay it off monthly, but my score bounces between 800 and 820 without changing any of my patterns, so it’s manipulated for some reason. V made it stay at that range and getting it up

I don't consider renting passive income unless you have professional property management. Can't deny the fact that *VRI TOKEN* has the strongest bet to bring lights back to this industry after we suffered FTX, Celsius, Tera and so on. VERY well done ! I say this with 40+ years in mortgage finance & banking working with credit bureaus. Different models and parameters are used by different industries but *VRI TOKEN* info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help your scores as well

Interesting consideration, have to consider digital land probably won't function like physical land obviously but I see application. The issue right now is no one can foresee where this space is heading. Metaverse is an obvious choice in purchasing land as it's backed by FB but when I bought my VR headset a lot of people didn't want to have any association with FB like having to create an account to access their VR profile. I think if fears of future pandemics persist people will be more willing to stay home and interact on VR for shopping and social events, not to mention viewing events in other countries without the costs of flying, etc. There's a lot of potential and opportunity to integrate with cryptocurrency when you deal with the right source like *VRI TOKEN* but there's probably a long way until a platform exists for it.

My house and vehicles are paid off, I have one Visa card for all purchases, which gives me air miles, and I pay it off monthly, but my score bounces between 800 and 820 without changing any of my patterns, so it’s manipulated for some reason. *VRI TOKEN* made it stay at that range and getting it up

Very informative video. For investing in REITs, check our these three close-end funds, IGR, AWP, and NRO. Close-end funds that invest in top major companies are CRF and CLM. Many close-end funds are inexpensive and can be traded on the stock market like regular stock. The trick is to hold long term and invest the dividends, many of them pay monthly!!!!!
