This has been a long journey with SO many hurdles along the way, there was times i thought i would never find a house but when we saw this we both loved it!!! I started saving when I was 19. I managed to buy my first house on my own at 26. Be patient and disciplined with your money. I recommend investing in Index funds for 5 years to save for your first deposit

I actually thought the loft will be the beauty room + filming room + walking wardrobe 😅 so you can work upstairs and no one will bother you 😂 it will be great for filming some clothing haul as well
Yess! That actually sounds perfect and then if they have kids the normal bedrooms would be free for them
Yessss thats what i think.. keep the loft for all beauty and wardrobe so you dont need you stuff separated in different rooms! More convenient!!

Please keep the Big cheery tree in your garden. That tree is everything for me. When I was a little girl I had a big tree like that in my garden and I had beautiful memories. It brought back my childhood memories. It's shedding lovely flowers 🌸 I don't understand why you don't like the shedding. I would stay under that tree for the shedding 🌸🌸🌸

Also, imo keep the tree but maybe shave the top branches off so it's not so huge? It would be nice with the hot tub especially during springtime so you can feel like you're in Japan :D

You cannot do anything to the tree without permission from your local authority. The fact that it’s there and wasn’t removed by the developers means it will have a TPO (tree protection order) making it illegal to so much as “shave the top branches off”. Please be careful to avoid prosecution!
@@Poodlemama1234 Yeah, if anything happens to that tree (rot/dies/a swing) and it's got a TPO on it they could be slapped with a fine in the £xx,xxx. The steel at the back is likely to be a 5 figure sum too which is probably why they didn't bother in the first place.

I just keep thinking back to all the times I would watch your videos where you could tell you were struggling a bit and I would see you and Quang squished into your bedroom working so hard on your channel and my heart broke for you. And now look at you. Here you two are in this beautiful gigantic home that wasn't given to you, it was WORKED FOR by you. Extremely hard. You both deserve every single good thing that is to come! This is proof that when you bust your butt for something it pays off in the end!!!

Keep the tree in the backyard. It will offer great shade in the summer months and keep your yard more cool.

Wow~ I'm just so excited to see the plan open up before us! We got the shell of a dream home and now to just make that shell shine with all of your belongings. With the cabinet under the induction stove, I would put your colanders, pots, pans, cooking sheets, baking pans, etc. For the garden, I am sure you'd regret taking that tree down. I know it seems like it'll be a pain with the shedding of leaves and flowers, but it'll be really beautiful during the spring and summer. I would say to trim the tree up, hang up some cool bulbs along the bottom (those round rustic types), a hammock swing... The side gardens I've always seen made into an actual garden. Growing herbs, tomatoes, lettuce, cactus, etc in raised beds. Raised garden beds look really cool too. I think it'll also look super cute to get stepping stone type pathways and not just a walking path. The little space under the stairwell can be a little space for kiddos to play in (a kiddy nook), a luggage storage, or maybe a closet to put guest's jackets, purses, and shoes. Good luck with the weeks to come. Take your time to breathe it all in and know you've done this yourselves. You say you felt like you've not accomplished anything this year, but clearly you have achieved one of your life-long dreams. You're a superstar!!
It's AMAZING! The pots and pans should definitely go in the drawer under the hob, because we all know that you won't be walking across the kitchen every time you want another pot lol. The cherry tree is beautiful. The loft would make an awesome master suite, but 2 beds and a bathroom would make more sense with you taking 1 and a half rooms for work, and Quang taking another. I can't wait to see you sorting out your clothes lol

You should keep the tree!! A lot of people want a big tree like that in their garden but they take so long to grow. Also I think u should keep natural grass and get an automatic land mower if ur worried about maintaining it. So proud of u!!❤️

You should convert the loft into your dream master bedroom and en suite bathroom, and if possible maybe build your little laundry room that you wanted! There's a lot of things you could do up there, but the more luxurious the better your appraisal. Also keep the tree, just get it pruned, or have it maintained so you can have that big beautiful shade and privacy!!!

My advice would be to decorate 1 room at a time, so you actually finish a room before you start on another.
Also keep that tree- cherry trees give you such beautiful blossoms in the spring when everything is all dead and grey still!
