I literally fell really hard on my first shot this week, yep the last people used easy slide before our league. I didnt really get hurt but man did that mess up my mental
We loved watching league LIVE @ South Pointe and then watching the video a couple hours before watching league again! Thank you Jesse for ALL your efforts and thank you Darren for doing this. Wish you guys the best in the next season and will see you when we return to Las Vegas in a couple years!!!
One night during the summer at league the humidity had the lanes feeling tacky/sticky. I was going to put some EZ Slide on my shoe to make it better but someone quickly pointed out it's illegal. So I bought one of those slip on covers for the front part of the shoe. Solved the problem.
i cant get enough of these jesses makes theses so easy to watch. Dont have anything against two handed bowlers but i cant get enough of darrens one handed release

I bowled for about 13 years, pretty much stopped after all the covid crap shut everything down for the 2nd time, want to try and get back into it, but have given all my bowling balls away so looking for a new ball. To win 1 would be awesome, keep bringing it on the PBA Darren, I feel like youre not that far from winning a lot of tournaments. You are so versatile.
Jesse if you read this when you start to get deep left during league and you're struggling to get it to the right 9/10 it's because your hip is in the way. If you watch belmo when he's deep he takes a step left on the approach to help open himself up to be able to project it to the right😁
Two handed bowling is something I can't see myself ever trying, but a lot more people are doing it. In my opinion, if it works for you, go for it, if it doesn't, then stick with what does ... just don't belittle someone else's game either way!
You're pretty good with the 2 handed style! Jesse is really doing well and has come a long way. I like being able to generate more without the thumb and that's why I do it. Just takes practice with hand position and when in doubt hook it 🤣 The ball that dribble dribbles got me, at 6:55 with oh no we needed the Kool aid man ohh yeah! I would say two handed the Nova and infinite physix for sure. And this video is a segway to the Ure Tang ball
Do you really think you would make the switch? I’ve thought about it but have never tried. Do you know if it’s easier on the wrist and fingers throwing 2 handed?
"good old days" - fix approach slips and sticks with cigarette ashes .... even if one didn't smoke, ashes were your friend. As much as you guys claim to "hate league", you sure seem to have a lot of fun and thanks for sharing... many laughs tonight here as well. :)
This series is by far the best thing for me to watch always a good show. Two handed seems soo awkward for me also can believe 100 ball giveaway that's bananas.
I would love to see all leagues ban easy slide I popped my hip out on a shot a year or 2 ago when one of my opponents loaded their slide shoe with easy slide

Powder on the approach. I had a guy use to do that every time before he bowled league. He would get there an hour before and not even test the approaches. He would take baby powder and from the foul line to the start of the approach he would make it like an ice. There was nothing I could do and thank God I had interchangeable soles. Had to go down 3 numbers just to keep from not slipping. I called him out when I bowled against him and he said well adjust. I did and rolled a 750 at him that night. I said well If I can adjust why can't you. Lol he was a jerk.
For the life of me I cant figure out the 2 handed style.. some say the little hop at the end that most of them do is supposed to help.. but I just cant figure it out

It is easier on the wrist, hand maybe maybe not. But it is so much more strenuous on the lower back and somewhat on shoulders
