  • Today we introduce the Mauritius Japanese restaurant. This spacious venue spans two floors, and our design approach ensures that each area is carefully balanced and optimized for functionality. On the first floor, in addition to the sushi area, we have designed a stylish bar and an efficient dishwashing area. The bar is intended to create a vibrant atmosphere for guests, while the dishwashing area is strategically placed to enhance workflow and maintain cleanliness. The second floor includes various functional zones, such as a Chinese cooking area, food supply area, salad preparation station, food prep area, and a dry goods storage area. This layout ensures that the kitchen operates smoothly, facilitating seamless service and efficient food preparation.
