This is really insightful! I think this podcast is going to help many UX Designers and UX Design Aspirants focus on the right things while applying for jobs. It's great getting a Design Recruiter's POV!
This is so very insightful. I had a small question for you I would like to understand what is preferred in the market today, is it a full time immersive masters degree from a private college or an online Mdes from a IIT, what's your take on this?
The end output matters, how skilled are you. But if I really have to pick between 2 I would prefer a mdes from mitid, nift, srishti category college over online Mdes from IIT. Distant Masters if you want to do you can look outside India too
Hi Bharat, I would like to know if a career gap matters in this industry. I have over 4 years of experience, but now I also have a gap of more than a year due to some personal reasons. Can you help me understand how to justify it and what reasons should be used? Although I really love my work and I'm decent at it, coming back on track after this gap sometimes makes me overthink and hampers my progress.

My suggestion would be "First try with truth"
