I prefer to go there cause it taste better then restaurants but it is as clean as it can be. You can get sick from ice and water in Asia then from the stalls. Chances are slim to be anyways
Stick with cooked anything and you are fine. Avoid the ice if possible. Make your own ice from the hotel mini fridge.
