I have a question about the canopy and that is did you clear coat if first? Also did you paint the inside of the canopy? And why?

damn - I great to see one of these being built. I have been contemplating getting this but I don't think I hate myself enough to justify that amount of work to get a kit up to spec. I think I'd rather watch someone else do it :) Thanks also for linking that tutorial on window tinting - that is a very novel way to get the job done and with the range of pens out there, your colour choices are massive,

What upset me most was the cost. It wasn't just bad, it was expensive. For the cost I expected some idiot proofing.

It's a 3D printet kit, right ? :) And the only game in town ?

The main kit is injection molded plastic like a typical off the shelf kit. The included reskit details are molded resin. The bomb bay kit I added on is 3d printed. For this plane in this scale, yes this is currently the only option.

    Where did you get that?

The main kit I got from a hobby shop called Victory Models. I think they're a distributor for BPK. As for the detail kits, I got them direct from the maker or various online stores.

Why did you go to the trouble of the gear bay detail, when you modeled it gear up? A LOT of work for nothing
