Yo sure! Desmume is a very good DS Emulator, there are a lot of Tutorials on RUclips and Stuff so you should be able to install it easily, I mean even I did it.

You can play all dsvania games using an emulator. There's also a bunch of guides to help you patch them with romhacks.
