The eating less sugar makes your face less puffy is so real. For me i went in a carnivore diet and the effect it had on my face was insane. I looked like the completely different person😂😂😂. For people who struggle with junk food. Give your self a 1 cheat day a week. For the rest of the week eat healthy. Another bonus to this is how tasty the junk food is on the cheat day.

Hi! Appropriate levels of fluoride are actually needed in order to protect your tooth enamel from acid breakdown. Fluoride also stops the growth of plaque bacteria. So, generally, fluoride is necessary for dental health. The only time fluoride can be harmful is if you are exposed to high levels of it. However, there is a maximum level of no more than 4.0 mg/L set by the EPA nationally in order to ensure that people don’t consume more than the appropriate amount. Furthermore, toothpaste also contains low levels of fluoride in order to ensure that you’re not being exposed to high levels. I know this information by doing some personal research and by discussing this topic with my dentist. I hope this helps a little!
