He's said publicly that this is NOT an Em diss! It's obvious if you listen to the very next line after the T-E-A-M line -- at least it's obvious in my opinion. He never calls out any other rapper by name unless he's paying homage like he did to Eminem in previous songs. When he is talking his ish he doesn't name names... not because he's being passive aggressive but because when he saying stuff like that he's talking to his haters, not anyone in particular. Eminem is his inspiration he has been rapping since he first got the 8 Mile movie from his mom (12 years old). He didn't listen to any other music besides Eminem for over 4 years.
You're right - he is a perfectionist and workaholic. He was actually diagnosed as OCD by his therapist because of that. OCD isn't just someone who washes their hands a lot or locks the door three times or whatever. He addresses that in "Leave Me Alone"

it seems he dissed EM after the no I in team remove the T and A , that equals EM but then right after he says flip it ., so he spells out “ME”. So i think it’s a Subtle hit over the Bow to EM as I heard he did fire “shots” at NF.

It's not a diss at all NF repeatedly has said that he respects em and this wasn't a diss track nor did he think em dissed him on ringer. He said if you take the t and a out of team then you have only me yeah it would spell em but if you think about it how is that still not paying respect instead of a diss
How do you now like NF beats. Literally first reactor I’ve heard say that about NFs beats. Usually some want more bar heavy tracks. But never the beats, what is it that you think could change with tbem?
You're crazy if you think NF couldn't hang with Eminem. He is just as lyrically gifted and he doesn't need to cuss to get his point across. If they had some back and forth on tracks I guarantee people would be shocked on the amount of people who will have thought that NF won. One thing you need to think about is when NF flexes he's nice about it. I don't think nice will be part of his catalog if Em we're to actually make a diss song.
