Thank you RobI Younger bro and me went to the show at House of blues sunset strip from Japan. We took pics with Jim and Matt. Best memory for us. This tour was best ever!
I think you should make a video to catch up with Chris! I remember when he let me into the place you were playing at before the show in Grand Rapids in 2005. 😎🎧🎸
This show was amazing, but it also demonstrates why Andols was the best drummer for Chimaira. Yes, You could make the argument that Kevin Talley and Austin D were technically better, but Andols style fits better for what Chimaira do.

Very cool to see this show. The date of this show is 08-25-2004. Machine Head headlined I filmed this show from up in the balcony by the stage. I don't think my angle was included in this mix.
It really is sloppy, especially compared to how great he normally plays. Kevin was not on point with the double bass that evening. Marks vocals sound great and the band sounds tight! But the double bass spazziness takes me out of it at times.
Well, this is yet another unexpected yet greatly loved and appreciated surprise! Fuck yes, Rob. Cheers for the upload! And to whomever recorded/mixed/edited this together for a lowly fuck like me to enjoy, thank you. Fuck Christmas, this is Chimaira!

When I was 13 my buddy's dad brought us to a free chimera show at the Grog Shop in Cleveland that they did and by far one of the most brutal pits I've ever seen one of the guys with us went home looking like someone ran him over with a bicycle😂
First time I was introduced to Chimaira was 2006 with Killswitch engaged. Your band opened for them if I stand correct! Best show I went to not knowing the line up. Best part is I been to the last two Christmas shows.

FreedumFries... Is that name because of the dvd where they mention about Andols asking for them in a restaurant?
Wish empty was on this list!
Never got the cred they deserved. Impossibility of reason is one of thee best metal albums front to back of all time
Agreed, that to me is an album to the level of Cowboys From Hell, Burn My Eyes or Reign In Blood. Bangers from start to finish.
Totally agree. Unfortunately, people prefer simply, catchy garbage.
Rob, we need a Chimaira Christmas in 2021!!
Yeah
You may not have gotten it in 2021 but ya got it in 2022
Sounds good. Only 1 problem... No Andols. Andy Herrick 2020!!!
Yea..but Kevin Talley is amazing fast drummer as well!! I saw him on that tour..he was mind blowing! Very intense drummer!!🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥😈😎
He's struggling on some of those kick patterns. No triggers tho so....
@@jamesadamgleason9471I’m pretty sure he only was in the band for 2 weeks at this point. If you watch any vids of him from 2005 he crushes the parts
