I don't understand how there can be a battle between Satan and Jesus. God can eliminate him in a breath. SO why the word "battle". I wonder what she means.
I think it means that Jesus and satan are battling for our souls. The battle is because humans have the God-given gift of free will and unfortunately we use our free will to sin against God, which can put our souls in peril.
