  • Take techniques from your forms and feed your partner with punches ect so you can practice applying your technique.
    Start slow and don't worry about not getting it perfect.
    This will build your confidence and a greater belief in your system.
    Have fun and when you are ready to add speed and power over time, you will have lessened your chance of injury or hurting your partner.

    Similar yet also somewhat different to the Tong Long I learnt here in Australia,our guard in particular was longer but still containing the shock value.Thanks for sharing.
