SWF CE 450 Case Erector - Produce Cases - BW Integrated Systems

BW Integrated Systems' CE 450 Case Erector in this application is designed to erect and seal RSC cases with ventilation holes for the produce industry. Utilizing opposing vacuum suction cups to maximize reliability, cases are erected at 40+ per minute. Cases are transferred through glue application and major flap plows. Cases are then sealed by a backup ram as it compresses the flaps. As cases are discharged, a tip rail uprights the case as it drops onto a conveyor below.
