Even with a 1gb and 30hz screen phone you would be able to play in 90 fps because the game doesn't actualy run on your device, it is like you are playing on a rog phone and then you stream it and watch the stream on your 1gb phone. But I don't know if you will able to fully enjoy the 90fps with a 30fps screen
