Not remotely related to the video, but, having finished my relocation, I have dug through some old documents I had in a box, and I rediscovered that I came up with a Steel/Dragon evolution for Steelix called Diamonix that sheds its Ground typing to have its internal Crystal Onix inspired core to bust through, making it a Steel and Dragon type (since Onix and Steelix can learn Dragon Breath). The date on the document is 2010. I pretty much predicted Mega Steelix and didn't even realize it.

As someone who had both a Meowscarada and Gardevoir on his team, why not make them both your Ace?
One is a physical hitter, and the other is special.
Quick edit: a rivalry between Meowscarada and Gardevoir probably would happen. Meowscarada demands the attention of their trainer, and gets jealous quickly. Meanwhile, Gardevoir are incredibly protective of their trainers and will protect them with their lives.
So imagine Jealous Meowscarada against Over-Protective Gardevoir fighting for their trainers attention.
Dang, we think similarly. That's my case too. My Meowscarada is a physical fighter while my Gardevoir focuses on special attacks.
Judging by the art, it stopped being the trainer’s decision…

Funny thing with fairy types is that their appearance is the only “cute” thing about them. Their dex entries paint them as the closest thing to pure evil… keep in mind that dark is referred to as the “evil” type in Japanese and most of them are perfectly fine! I thought fairy would be the Pokémon equivalent of holy power.
After reading a few of the entries again, the Fairy mons kind of fall into 3 categories:
-Friendly/Harmless
-Chaos Gremlin
-Apex Predator
I think the reason being that a lot of Dark type moves will do things like make you flinch or do more damage the higher a stat is. Hell, Beat Up is literally just your team jumping a single Pokémon. In short, a lot of Dark type moves use tactics considered dirty/underhanded, which is a big deal in Japanese culture.
Mythical fae creatures can be way more messed up than you think.
I mean, fairy is super effective against dragon type so it makes sense that they're more fearsome than actual dragons.
Accurate to mythological fairies (keep in mind that fairy is pretty much the European equivalent of yokai, and then keep in mind how evil yokai can be)

Scarf wouldn't matter, as Triple Axel, the most effective move OU Pivot Meowscarada has against RU Scarf Gardevoir, only has an ~43.8% chance to OHKO, so by the first SV sets I could find on the Pokémon Showdown damage calculator site, Gardevoir has an ~56.2% chance of winning to an extent that could perhaps even injure the feline. It's not even a case of kicking and beating and claiming that it's fair, it's just straight-up Majora's Mask. So that reset-fest of a Meowscarada should just beat it, lest she meet with a terrible fate.

21 seconds is my new personal best at watching a new Noble video.
So to answer that Meowscarada vs Gardevoir debate, it heavily leans towards Meowscarada because of its high speed, attack, signature move that’ll always crit, and hidden ability that changes its type. On the other hand, Gardevoir has trace to copy its opponent’s ability and has more threatening moves like thunder wave and hypnosis with an impressive special attack stat.
Both can get a guaranteed OHKO on the other, so it comes down to speed and Meowscarada is way faster than Gardevoir.

@@sandrinecestmoi892 how doesn't it. Its signature move is a STAB 75 power always critting attack and its hidden ability is one of the most broken abilities in the game. Gardevoir only OHKOs if the attack is super effective, which is pretty hard thanks to Protein

INCORRECT NOBLE; Meowscarada is at a disadvantage due to typings. Gardevoir has a neutral resistance to Dark, so 1x damage, as with grass. If the Meowscarada has a poison type move it might have a better chance though, or Tera Steel int Tera Blast. Meanwhile Gardevoir can easily just click moonblast for a 2x dmg +1.5x STAB against the dark type cat.
I threw it into a calc, and even the best Meowscarada only can do 92% with Flower trick. Even though it is faster, it cannot OHKO, and on the first turn Gardevoir clicks Moonblast for 137% min damage thus OHKO's

Dark type attacks are actually neutral against gardevoir ever since the fairy type, so mewscarada is actually at a disadvantage going up against it.

Saying that pika-balloon has max affection, thus has a chance to survive attacks has generated unusually high anger.
The affection cheats are one of the worst things Pokémon has forced upon us.

I think Gardevoir wins that fight. They learn more moves that are super effective to Dark and Grass, while Meowscarada only has a handful of super effective move, since most of Psychic's weaknesses are covered by Fairy and vice versa.

You know that gardivor comforting the trainer can go very bad very quickly. It doesn't even have to be on purpose. The hug pokemon can just do what it's named for and that spike goes right through the trainer's brain.

Fix for microwave food. Put it in for double the recommended time but on low or medium heat. It allows it time to cook through evenly. Once done then put it in for 2/3 the recommended time at the recommended heat. You're welcome.
You can also put a very small dash of water in the container first so the steam helps too, particularly if it is rice or noodles you are dealing with.
Or just microwave it until it's molten lava and let it cool a little bit.

Speaking of Pokemon, I can't help but think about someone that I used to work on fan projects with back in the day (the same person who refused to acknowledge Tate as a boy), if I ever invoked a ship in anything we worked on (such as Brock x Erika, for instance), his response was to turn them into bitter rivals in all his projects. After the third time, he didn't even try to hide his distaste for shipping in the things we worked on.

Both Gardevoir and Meowscarada are roughly even on the playing field being neutral damage over all, but Tinkaton resists and is super effective against both.
Steel resists Psychic, Fairy and Grass, and Fairy resists Dark while Steel is strong against Fairy and Fairy against Dark. These two Pokemon lose to a 2’4” goblin dwarf ready to play ‘whack-a-waifu’.
Ogerpon wants to play too, but is too pure to understand why the other two were fighting.

Grass doesn’t really help granted, but Fire either slays or protects against at least one type of the other three. Especially Tinkaton in borh cases.
